Seaside 3702

Great location, we have stayed at Sea Side 13 years straight. The elevator had a pleasant smell, grounds and pool were nicely maintained. This is the first time we have stayed in 3702.

Room was clean along with bed linens and towels. There are 3 issues we had:
1. Second bathroom shower did not work, this is the primary reason we selected 3702 for the second shower, since was advertised with 2 bathroom. I did call on our second day (Tuesday, October 15th) to inform Coastal that the second shower did not work and told them to wait until we left on Saturday, October 20th. For we did not want to spend our vacation waiting on someone to show up to fix the shower.

2. Electrical Outlet on the counter top is missing a cover. This is dangerous and could result in Arc Flash

3. Unable to turn off televisions and the television in the Master Bedroom unable to adjust the volume.

We have used Coastal Property several times, it would be nice if repeat customers received a discount.

When my son and I walked in the condo there was a smell. As we made ourselves at home I noticed there was dust and men’s hair on the nightstand, under the tv. The bed sheets were dirty so I had to wash them. The balcony chairs were out dated. The TVs were hard to figure out. Why have 4 remotes. The elevator was broken two days so we had to go down 7 flights of stairs. On the plus side the room had a great view. The ac worked great.

Checking in was easy. The location was great. Right on the beach. 2 bedroom unit with nice big rooms and a large balcony. A little outdated but very comfortable. Only complaint is don’t walk around in the unit barefoot or your feet will be black..

Our stay at Seaside was fantastic.Great balcony overlooking the pool and direct view of the beach. Location was perfect, plenty of eating places within walking distance.

Overall a great vacation site... needs a few upgrades but otherwise a pleasant experience.

This is a great condo. The view is perfect! They have a few beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use (this helps if you are short on trunk space). The kitchen was well stocked on dishes/pots/pans and even a keurig. We will definitely use this one again!

The condo location was great. The condo itself was spacious and well kept and our balcony view terrific. The bedroom areas with carpet need shampooing. Otherwise no complaints. The office staff was very accommodating. Many wonderful restaurants nearby.

We had a great stay. The view was unbelievable. The condo was cozy and inviting. A few other “niceties” would’ve been great (ziplock bags, coffee filters, laundry and DW pods), but only because our stay was so short Overall a 9.9/10!

This condo was great! The price was right for the location. We ordinarily stay in Ft Morgan or Gulf Shores and decided to stay in Orange Beach. We loved it. The beach is close, the pool is close and you have a selection of restaurants all around. The condo was well appointed and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back.

The unit was very clean and neat. Had no problems at all. Loved the large porch and the new couch that has been added since picture. You could tell it was a great place when you open the door and see the ocean.

We enjoyed our stay. The check in process was unclear and confusing! The office is not at the same place as the rental. Unfortunately we checked in on a holiday so there wasn't anyone in the office to answer the phone to help us. A couple things to know when packing to cook though, the kitchen isn't really fully stocked. If you plan to cook a lot bring your own pots and pans. They only provide one roll of tp in each bathroom so bring your own. The sliding door to the balcony in the living room did not lock, which was not good with 2 little kids in the room. Room is close but not to close to the elevator so that was nice with 2 kids! Parking isn't assigned but you do need a parking pass. It was a nice room with a great beach view but we will try somewhere else next time.

Great view, clean, close to most anything you would want to do or eat. We would stay again. The only downfall was the parking at the condo.

The rooms where very clean & The view was amazing .This is a very good place to take children for a family vacation. My child loved watching them clean the beach at night for the turtles .

Everything was terrific. Only problem experienced was the nearest elevator quit working after 2 days. I would stay at this location again.

We will be back.

The place was dirty, the furniture was stained didn’t really want to sit on it.

We choose this for the view and it did have a great view. The inside was a little dated and felt old. The bed was rock hard. The bedroom TV did not work and the batteries were dead in the remotes. All would have been fine except on day 2 we had a roommate show up...the biggest roach I've ever seen. And I'm from Mississippi. We will definitely stay on this strip but at a different hotel.

We had a good stay! Good location and easy access to everything. The only thing we didn’t like was the comforters on the twin beds were dirty and had blood stains on them! Also all the mattresses are hard and need to be replaced. It needs some attention in that area other than that it was a good stay! When asked if o would recommend this property to a friend I’m torn.. I certainly would if these items are fixed.

We were told two days before arrival about only allowing one car. That was a big pain since we had two and was loaded with valuables for a move after the weekend at beach.

This property was so easy to book and the staff at Coastal Properties was amazing! The location was wonderful and offered the perfect view!

The rental was great! Right on the beautiful, sandy beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Great view. nice people. had problem with wet floors from a/c and was given extra towels to help. we dried it and had no more problems with a/c. animal droppings in drawers and cabinets. nothing done. 2 burners on stove not working and the two that did work were slanting which made cooking harder.

When we first arrived there was water on the floor by the vent to the air conditioner. We contacted the office and they were helpful at assisting us. We put towels down and for the rest of the week no problems from it again. We are thinking it was condensation from being turned on before we arrived. The condo was nice and clean. The bathroom in the living area was a little small, but okay. I would recommend this property.

We were disappointed in the condo that we rented. It definitely needs to be updated. We called a couple of times to let the office know there was a remote to one of the TVs in a bedroom that was missing so we could not use the TV in that room. We also made several phone calls because the pullout sofa sleeper was broken. We were told they would contact us when they heard back from the property manager, we never heard anything from them. Luckily we had friends staying near and allowed one of our boys to stay with them. The condo has a great view, but not a place I would go back to.

Great Multi-dimensional views, blocks morning sun, afternoon and evening sun gets close to bedroom glass bit never touches and sin never touches living room glass: thus no over heating or excessive glare. Great views straight out, south,southwest,and west southwest. Deep living room patio allowed views all day long either in or out of the sun. Small pool directly below. High enough to see well, including way down the beach, bit not too high. Close to elevator and steps. Nice view of volleyball court so you could either watch games or know to go down to join one.

Could not have been better! This is the second year in a row we have stayed here. The new sofa and bathroom additions were great. The attention to details were most appreciated. Great location to everything and wonderful view! Thanks very much for the best spot for our family vacation! I do wish to give a shoutout to Mallory, our beach chair rental girl. She works so hard and made our beach visits very comfortable!

We had a great experience. Condo was nice & clean. Had a great view of the pool & beach.
