There was noisy construction going on around us which took away from our vacation experience!

Great experience for our family. The room is on 2nd floor and close to the pool and beach access. The room was clean and ready the property was well maintained.

Beautiful clean condo. But had to much glass stuff with kids. I worried while I was there if something would get broke

Could not have been happier, super clean and comfortable. Great location, walked to a restaurant and shopping. Right on the beach and easy access to the pool. Definitely would stay again.

Great view and location for pool (not heated) and beach. Condo had everything we needed. Had beach chairs. Many place to sit inside condo and outside on balcony. The view was so nice that we extended our trip by a day.

This condo is not child friendly. Way too many glass tables/decorations. It is very overcrowded with decorative pieces & furniture. The property manager was very easy to deal with.

The condo had some really nice updates from when we stayed there 2 years ago. The only complaint we have is apparently whoever stayed in the condo before must of had a cat because there was cat hair on the sides of the furniture and the cat must have marked his territory either at the end of the couch or on the rug because there was a very strong odor of cat urine there. I sprayed Febreeze and it helped but in a couple of days the strong smell was back. Other than that we enjoyed staying in this condo.

Our stay was great. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The facility amenities were not lacking. The pool was large and plenty of chairs. Murray from Costal Properties was extremely helpful and went over and above the expectations

This condo is in a great location with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and one of the pools from the living room and master bedroom balconies. The office staff was helpful and accommodating. The company that rents this condo is located off site so you have to go to a different location to check in and out. It’s requested that you keep the condo clean during your stay but the vacuum cleaner didn’t work so we had to go to the office and pick up another one and some light bulbs.
As far as cleanliness, it could definitely stand some improvement. The rug on the floor in the living room needs a good cleaning or replacing. The headboard in the master bedroom was dusty where the mattress meets the headboard. The mattress needs to be replaced as well because it’s worn with two sunken areas on either side. The balcony floor was just plain dirty and needs to be mopped or steam cleaned.
The living room furniture was not made for larger people. The chairs were small. The laminate on the dining room chairs was peeling off and the back on one of the chairs was broken. This was also the only unit that didn’t have an outside light by the door and one of the few units that has a keyed entry.
All in all this condo needs some improvement and updates.
We did enjoy our stay and will stay at Seaside Beach and Racquet again but probably not this particular unit.

The condo was clean, beautiful view, great balcony. Condo desperately needs updated, new rugs and replace some furniture. Also could be a little better stocked with essentials. Overall we were pleased!!!

*Parking was tough, not enough spaces for all the residents.
*I understand protecting the turtles, but put some amber lights along the outdoor pathways by the gazebo and pool. It was pitch dark once the pool lights were turned off.
*Rules say the pool closed at 10pm. Every night the lights were turned off at 9:45 while people were still swimming and hanging out poolside. As mentioned before, it's pitch dark once those lights were turned off.
*WIFI is terrible in the whole complex.
*Our unit door seal was terrible. The door didn't stay shut unless it was locked.
*Kitchen was not well stocked, no scissors, no plastic cups, not enough silverware.
*Master bed mattress needs replaced. Memory foam with 2 large divots on each side. no provided pillowcases for extra pillows.
*Furnishings were nice, beachy theme. 2 table sets on the balcony were awesome. Nice large balcony.

First all I don’t like going to another property to pick up keys.the condo was ok it needs updating parking sucks each condo should have there own parking spaces . No good intranet service .locks on doors are shabby old.also no good communication with the office personnel left paperwork in lock box had return it with keys when we left condo.

The only thing that I could complain about is it looked like none of the sheets were washed and there was still some trash from previous people. The tv in the front room didn’t work but that wasn’t a big deal because I was outside most of the time.

Property was clean and the layout was nice. The staff was very friendly and most helpful. I would recommend this to family and friends. First day the elevator closing to our room was down, but fixed next day.

We had a very nice relaxing time in this property. Very quiet and convenient. All of our interactions with the management company were great. Super friendly and helpful.

Walked in not knowing what to expect after reading some of the reviews and was pleasantly surprised. The unit was spacious and clean. The décor very beachy and the balcony with view couldn't be beat. Was in a very good location close to everything we wanted. The security at entrance was a great bonus. Management was very helpful and kind prior to arrival and for check in. I definitely would stay here again. Was perfect for our family.

We love the area! Lots of great seafood and the Florabama for musuc, food, and church!!
The furniture is old and chairs soiled. Could definitely use more silverware but has great pans for cooking. Management took a broken glass top away the same day I called. There is no combo on the door so you have to pick up and drop off key. Great view and beach and pool!!

Great location. Balcony is wonderful. The elevator never worked while we were there-luckily we were on the 2nd flr. Overall great. Could se some hooks in the bathrooms-nowhere to hang anything.

This condo was in the perfect location and had the most perfect view! We loved being on the second floor close to the pool and easy, quick access to the beach. The condo itself was decent. The kitchen faucet was a little loose and several light bulbs were out throughout, but not a big deal. We also had to buy a lot more things we weren’t expecting, like toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, and even kitchen towels because there was only 1. It ended up being ok though because we brought it all home with us anyway. We loved the large deck and sat out there for all of our meals. We would absolutely recommend this condo and will definitely consider renting it again!

located on 2nd floor facing ocean overlooking pool...would stay here again...perfect location...close to Walmart, Publix, waffle house, Starbucks, and the HANGOUT...very nice property...

The condo was very clean and nice. Descriptions were very accurate. Easy on and off the beach. Only downside was the master bedroom did not cool as the rest of the condo.

Condo was ready as promised. It was very clean and well stocked. Only issue was WiFi interruption. Lines had been cut during construction. Was repaired within 4 hours. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Weather was beautiful and the water was the prettiest I have seen it. Highly recommend Coastal Properties!

Our condo was pretty amazing. We enjoyed the view and everything in the condo. The girls at Swept Away who handled my reservation were super helpful and so very nice! The only small issue was the smell inside the condo.

We enjoyed our stay at Seaside 4209. Everything was comfortable and had a nice view. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room.

Great view of the pool and beach from the balcony couldn't be better). Love the fact that there are 3 pools...1 indoor heated pool and 2 outdoor pools. Grocery stores,restaurants, souvenier shops all nearby.

Room was clean and had no issues, really, except that the smoke detectors chirped the entire weekend. We did finally remove the bad battery and that stopped the noise.

Awesome!It was everything you could want in a vacation rental condo: great location, great view of the pool and gulf off the balcony, clean rooms.

Our overall stay was pleasant. I have a suggestion or two. First we were not made aware of the property manager wth our keys was located at a different location. Also, we had an issue with the security on the site. Both of the vehicles that were parked at this location were given a parking citation by the security officer stating our parking passes were invalid due to too many cars and if this matter wasn't resolved in a timely manner our cars would be towed. My first point is this was an error on behalf of the officer or the staff because the give out the parking passes. Also, our phone numbers were listed on the parking passes so we could have been contacted to resolve this matter. I personally felt that the security officer was a little to eager to find fault with people's parking passes.

We stayed July 11th through the 16th of 2016. When we arrived we found the toilet not working. The toilet overflowed and had to call numerous times to get someone to come fix it. The next day the maintenance man came after overflow. They messed with it for a while and left. After a couple hours of use the toilet stopped working again. We called again and a day later they came and replaced the toilet.
