My family and myself had a wonderful time in this condo. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We will definitely be back. The staff at Coastal Properties were also very friendly and helpful during check-in. We can’t wait to visit again!

This condo was very comfortable for our vacation - beach view was great even though buildings on both sides limited our view. We did not do a lot of cooking but the kitchen seemed to be well-equipped if a family needed to stay longer and use the facilities. Furniture was large and dated but comfortable. Overall, our experience was nice and we will use Coastal again when we return to Orange Beach. One thing about their rentals that I love is that the beach and pools are easily accessible- no big stairs to have to navigate.

We loved staying here for a long weekend. The view is amazing. The condo was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and everything was clean. I will definitely stay here again.

The condo was nice and pretty clean...I noticed the bathroom toilet in master bath needed a cleaning behind it...A saucepan was very scratched up by that I mean the nonstick coating was coming off..didn’t want that in my food..the bed pillows definitely need to be replaced with a little better quality pillow with pillow protector cover then pillow case..the sheets were either too big or too small for the bed they were on snd quality was poor...the view was amazing and overall we had a good time... I would probably go back

We loved our stay at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club in Unit 5915! The unit was exactly as described. Everything was exactly as described (except there was no hot tub that we could find, but that was definitely not a deal breaker). The beds were comfortable, the AC was cold, the unit was clean, the grounds were immaculate. The view was spectacular. The unit overlooks the beach and is a short walk to the beach. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas on your way to the sand, we did for the week and they were set up with our name on them everyday in the same spot! The only complaint we had was the elevator was super hot, but we never had to wait for the elevator, it was just hot, it needed a fan at the least! We LOVED our stay at Seaside 5915 and will be back!

My daughter, her friend and aunt and I stayed and it was the perfect get-a-way. There was a king sized bedroom, a queen sized bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds. Additionally there is a sofa sleeper. The unit could easily sleep 8. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The views from the balcony were amazing. We saw dolphins everyday and the pool was sparkling clean.

Good, condo was pretty clean needs a little updating and lighter colors. A fresh coat of paint would be good. Not a fan of the heavy furniture in the master bedroom. Liked the other 2 bedrooms.

The condo was as described. We had a great time. The only issue I had was the property has a strict policy regarding 2 vehicle limit. We just rented additional parking from the real estate company directly in front of property.

Everything went well, and we were very satisfied. Condo was well stocked with useful items. Our only issue was construction that was going on, which was loud at times, but not bad. Thank you.

Enjoyed the trip

Overall, the property appeared as expected. The complex is dated but well-kept.

The actual unit: the lock was difficult and we did have to call the office. Basically, one of our two keys was a copy and wouldn’t work without significant shaking/pulling etc. The unit appeared clean. We slept in the room with the balcony opening. The bed was miserably uncomfortable. It’s really hard to enjoy any vacation without decent rest at night.

Aside from that, it wasn’t a bad place and served the purpose of what we needed it for.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The beach service was great. However people were not abiding by covid standards posted around the property. There were many people playing loud music from their balconies late at night with no consideration of other people or children. It felt like a bad spring break.

We had a wonderful time! The condo grounds are so nice. The elevators do need work.

Everyrhing with our rental went very smooth. Room was great, check in was easy and we didn't have any issues while there.

Overall a good place to stay. The elevator in our building was being modernized so it was offline making the unloading and loading difficult. The central elevator was always busy. Due to COVID-19 we brought our cleaning supplies...thank God we did, the cleaning provided before we got there was very poor. Extremely dusty above and below eye level. The drawers were black and floors dirty when wiped. The property description was accurate although the view is narrow as you look across the pool. Not able to see up or down the beach.

Condo was just as described in pictures and met all our expectations - amazing location and view. Loved having three bedrooms for our family of 5. Right across from restaurants and shopping also. only suggestion is that the complex should fix its elevator that is not working - only having one elevator led to some wait times that were longer than you would expect.

Property description was deceiving in terms of the view. Picture showed full view of the water, but in reality we could not see the beach to the left or to the right because of building obstructions. Disappointing. Unit was in good overall condition, but needed some attention. Front door lock did not work properly, kitchen clock did not work, master bed mattress was worn out, towels were like sand paper. Master bedroom bath was tiny. Elevator was in need of cosmetic upgrades, floor was worn out, glass was broken, not a good first impression.

We really enjoyed the condo. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The complex was centrally located between great restaurants and right on the white sands beach! The pool was clean and the complex was neat and clean as well. The management staff was super courteous and helpful. I definitely plan on returning as soon as possible.

Had a very good time. And a great experience. The only problem Was one of the keys didn’t work for are condo.

A-MA-ZING. That describes our stay and our condo. Perfect views from the 9th floor. Condo was very clean and very nicely updated. Beds were very comfortable. Hope to rent this same condo on our next visit.

We had a great trip weather not as nice as last year but we left the snow here at home.

The Condo had a beautiful gulf view. The condo had a really bad odor, smell like Mildew in the rooms. The guest bed rooms are not furnished with TV's.

We enjoyed our stay.

Not worth what we paid. While it is beach front, it's a little deceiving as part of the building wraps around and there's another building on the other side, you have about a 30% beach view, can't see the sunrise or sunset like in other beach front condos I've stayed in. That's the reason the shades are drawn in the living room, or you'd see the other buildings blocking your view. We had to WD-40 the ceiling fan in the living room and master bedroom, both making terribly loud noises. The bedroom fan looked like it may come out of the ceiling on high. There are a few basic kitchen supplies missing, like a large plastic spoon, like one you'd use for spaghetti sauce, ect. Various lamps with nonworking bulbs. We still enjoyed the beach as we always do, but wouldn't stay at this condo again, mostly because the view is not what we expected nor prefer.

Awesome location, nice beach. Condo is on the 9th floor so need to consider if your scared of heights. 3 bdrm, 2 bath ,evert hung two families needed.

I was very pleased with the rental agency in that they listened to my needs and suggested a wonderful unit. Their after hours pickup option worked perfectly and I greatly appreciated the call on Saturday to let me know the keys were left for me. The unit was better than expected. The property was pleasant, no bells and whistles and a little dated, but we were required to stay in that property. We were treated terribly by security and not informed of the rules on property. They were not displayed onsite by the hoa nor in the unit. I would not stay at this property if you have children. One resident literally spent her entire day filming and calling security for such simple things as throwing a ball in the pool or playing in a grassy area. If this community wants to be "adults only", it should focus on that. It was no vacation.

Awesome condo. Very nice view and beds were very comfortable. Would move there if possible.
