The condo was great. Coastal Properties was excellent. If we had a problem they responded quickly to resolve it. Only suggestion I have is to have better blackout curtains in 2nd and 3rd bedroom. Too much light comes in from the sides of the curtains at night from the lights for the main balcony outside.

A few things could use some attention. The hot water in the front bathroom was lukewarm, garbage disposal did not work, water not draining in kitchen sink. No plug for master bath. All in all this did not alter our trip we had a great time. Property management was professional and helpful.

We did not have a great stay at all. There was a bunch of things that were not satisfying to see. This is an annual thing we do and to know that we paid good money to stay at a condo and we did not get what we paid for.
The walls were filthy with food and or drink. The couch had dried up food on it. There was mold in the one bathroom on the tub. The sliding door sometimes wouldn’t shut nor open and when it did it was super hard. When doing laundry the first night we seen that there was dirty laundry from previous people that stayed there. Overall we do not recommend staying at Shoalwater.

Good but 2 chairs on patio was broken and we had 7 guests it was reported with pictures on Monday and no reply also light bulb out in hall and fan would not work in one bedroom reported with no reply.

We enjoyed our stay, and when we needed help with something they were on top of it! I even paid for an extra night because we enjoyed it so much!!!

The amenities and view were very nice, but the condo itself as well as the building need major updating. Will not be going back.

We had a lovely stay. Loved the large balcony and great location. Easy parking and clean condo.

Pros: The location of this property is excellent. Right on the beach with a good sized balcony and clean pool (gulf side). Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Come: The condo itself is a little dated and could be cleaner. Also there were a few items we felt were essential that were missing: Cookie sheet Pot holders Sharp knife (we bought one) Also, the front burner on the stove didn’t work and the oven was missing a knob- making it difficult to turn on. There was a mildew smell when we arrived but solved by open doors and Lysol. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for a last minute vacation. We got a good price but I’m not sure I would book again for the “regular” summer price.

Condo unit has Great views, could use some updates in kitchen, stove had a few burners that did not work, lights out in shower stall in master bathroom. But the overall stay was nice, would rent again most likely different unit.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The balcony was a perfect size for sitting out and enjoying the view. There was one issue with a clogged shower drain, but it was taken care of within a couple hours. We couldn't have asked for a better place to rest and relax for a week.
