Sunswept 202

Our rental was clean, comfortable and accomodating with great views of the ocean and poolside courtyard. Slept great in a comfortable bed, and was close to good restaurants and activities. We have stayed here at the same location at least 5 or 6 times now. Would recommend it to anyone.

We always enjoy our stays at Sunswept! The staff does a great job of making us feel welcome and we experienced no problems.

What a great week in a great condo! The unit was updated, clean and very comfortable. Conveniently located on the second floor, there were no wait times for elevators. Very easy check in with onsite management. Will definitely stay here again!

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. POOL, BEACH, LOCATION, ROOM AND CK IN WAS VERY EASY.

My only complaints were the patio door was extremely hard to open and close and we had 2 unscheduled maintenance visits with no notice.

Nice condo with a great view on one side and Walmart across the street on the other side. Convenient to get food and supplies. Several eating places within walking distance. The condo was clean and staff was helpful. Located on beautiful beach.

Condo was nice and clean, 2nd floor is great because you can easily go up to your room during the day without waiting on an elevator! Weather was nice!

This property is at a great location and every thing you need is right there. The only complaint I have is even though we was on vacation I still have to work and I needed to pr5int stuff off and they didn't/wouldn't let me use there's said the owner wouldn't allow it other than that it was a great place, it was clean and very nice. The microwave door handle was broken and the toaster didn't work proper.

This property is in a great location, across the street from several grocery stores, liquor store, restaurants and souvenir shops. The beach isn't super crowded because this property isn't very large. The outside pool area is very nice, with lots of chairs and a grassy area. The pool deck is kept very clean, as are main hallways and elevators. But the property itself is old. Unit 202 has good beds, and nice sofas. The bathrooms are small, and it's just rough around the edges. The air conditioner blows hot air into the kitchen cabinets and heats up the counter top. Many light bulbs were burnt out- several were replaced upon requests-then others went out. The unit looked clean on first glance-but the bottoms of our feet were black an hour into day one. There is NO broom to sweep the sand that is inevitable when you are at the beach, and no mop to clean the floors. The kitchen walls and cabinet were dirty with spills and stains. I spent a few hours cleaning upon arrival. The 2nd floor allows you to bypass elevators and view front 2nd floor balcony is nice-but susceptible to noise from pool area. The master bedroom only has blinds and it lightens up early with sunrise, we prefer darker window coverings for sleep. Overall, this older property is in a great location, with a nice pool and other units may be cleaner than 202.

Although property was fairly clean, this unit is in much need of an update in the kitchen and bathrooms.

There was a bad skunkish like smell when you 1st walked in, but went away after being in the unit for a while, although, when you walked out and returned, the smell was still there, maybe it was pest spray?

Unit is next to a public beach entrance, which made the beach very crowded, would be a great location if weren’t next to a public access.

Outside refurbishment is not completed, which looked and felt dirty on the walkways to the front door.

This property feels like an investor unit, owner spending little as possible.

We have been going to Orange Beach for six consecutive years, this is the 3rd property we’ve rented, so considered this one a lower-end property, this is at best a 3 Star compared to others rented.

The location was wonderful and the local people welcoming and friendly. The condo itself was ok, but nothing special. Had a bad experience after checkout as condo management charged us an extra $150 because they told us there was a strong odor of Marijuana in the room when they cleaned it and were unable to rent it out until it aired out. There was no marijuana use ever. It was just their ploy to charge an extra fee! We will go back to Orange Beach, but will never use Coastal Properties ever again.

Had another wonderful trip to Orange Beach staying at Sun Swept! We always choose this condo complex because it's in the best location and the condos are great. Will definitely be back again.

I loved being on the 2nd floor. The condo was clean except for 2 things that I didn’t like. 1 the balcony was extremely sticky, my flip flops would literally stick to it . 2 the shower curtain liner was moldy , I almost went to buy one but that wasn’t my responsibility.. we also got bit by some sort of insects, fleas, mosquitoes, bed bugs, I have no idea. I had 3 bites on my back and 2 on elbow and 2 on my ankle

Everything was fantastic. Rental was clean, management company was easily accessible for questions prior to arrival. Only thing I say that needs improved is the bed quality. We tried both beds and even the air mattress in the closet. Other than both of us waking up sore the place and beach access was perfect. Exactly what we wanted and received.

We had a great first time in Orange beach. The weather was great. Sunswept was a n8ce low key place to stay.

This was my second stay in this property. It is an older property, so the grouting, baseboards and some of the structure shows wear and tear. Overall, the unit was clean enough. I love the view from the porch and the space provided in the condo. Also, the second floor is nice. No need to wait on elevators. I found it to be a good value.

The beach is easy to access and being on the second floor we did not have to wait on an elevator.the bed was very comfortable we took the one with the beach view. In refused of the conditions of the condo there are a few woulights that were not working in the living room and the windows in the bedroom did not stay open. But this did not bother us we still had s great stay and even asked if we could stay an extra day and they were able to accommodate us since it was not rented for the weekend. We had four people in the condo and there was plenty room. I would stay in this condo again.

Great location and easy checkin. The unit is comfortable and conveniently located. Needs some upgrades- both king size beds were lumpy and need replacing. And the bedding includes thick plastic mattress covers that were noisy and very hot to sleep in.

The condo had a nice view but it was old & not clean when we arrived there was hair in the shower & sand & dirt on the floor, the last few days there was roaches.

Easy checkin/out process. Great views and scenery. The stay was excellent. No issues at all. The beach was easily accessible as was the pool. Grocery store across street and many good eating places with things to do.

it was COLD while we were there so did not get to experience the beach like we wanted to...even to walk on the beach had to be in short bursts..wrong time of the year to go south....the clock on the wall needs a battery ..the place was clean and in fairly good condition..

We had absolutely no problems at this condo. You can tell the building is older and there are a few small things that could be better but overall it has been tastefully decorated, was very clean, the beds were comfortable and everything worked just fine. The balcony has a great view! It's very close to the beach and everyone we encountered was nice! It would probably be a little crowded with more than 4 people but we would definitely go back!

This condo is one of the older ones in the area! The washing machine did not work, the kitchen sink was stopped on one side and the air conditioning wasn’t very cool! I think we paid higher than we should have for the quality but on the good side, the view is amazing and it sits right on the beach!! The location is convenient as well because there is a Walmart and other stores and restaurants just across the street!

WE had a great getaway! The unit was just perfect for our time there! Nicely decorated and great views too! The management staff could not have been more accommodating & so kind! WE will be back!

Not the most up to date but very affordable . Suites our needs just fine . Our second time there and plan on more stays there .
