Very good

Another wonderful stay at Sunswept! Staff are extremely nice and welcoming. This is our 3rd time staying with them. It has now became my family’s go to when going to Orange Beach. Already counting the day to when we can go back.

Pros: Great location, pool was nice sized, parking was easy. It was super close to beach. everything was clean, check in was super simple and easy to understand
Cons: second bedroom stayed warm, it would not cool down, Unit was pretty small - 1 adult and 3 kids and space was pretty tight. Bathrooms are small. Bed were not the most comfortable but did the job

Sunswept is our all-time favorite place to stay. We came every year when our grandchildren were very little and always stayed here in one condo unit or another. After spending winter vacations in Florida, we decided we needed to come back to our favorite place. Right here in Sweet Home Alabama, at Sunswept. It’s special to have the property management team right here on site. We stayed in Unit 203. Very clean, nicely furnished and perfect on the second floor. Fantastic view of the beach and surf as we ate all our meals on the balcony.

Everything from check in to check out was perfect. Condo was clean and well appointed. Grounds were immaculate. The grass was so perfect it looked fake! We have stayed here several times in the last few years and never been disappointed

We had a great week at Sunswept. The Gulf water was clear and no jellyfish. The unit we stayed in was clean and had been recently refreshed. The office staff is on-site, which is hard to find a property now with an on-site office, and staff is friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, across the street from grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. The public beach access is no longer public which seemed to cut down on the number of people on the beach front. We also enjoyed the large pool with plenty of seating and a grassy area for the kids to play on. Will definitely be back!

overall very good. We liked the Condo that we rented. The unit was nicely decorated and had what we needed to live there. The office staff was great! The maintenance was helpful and kind.

The condo was roomy, however not as described by the pictures. We were expecting two beds in the 2nd room and there was a full sized bed with a twin trundle. This would be best to be accurate. It was clean upon arrival and easily accessible. The condo needed some minor repairs and touches. Many outlets did not work , tv missing connections, the fan very noisy in the den and the toilet continues to run in the master. With some minor adjustments this could be a really great condo.

I was very happy that the management company was willing to work with us for an early arrival due to our airline schedule. Unfortunately, when we got to the unit, there were several things that were a disappointment. When we open the door, the stench from the kitchen was terrible. I ran the garbage disposal to dispose of whatever was left in there that was not cleaned out. We had to ask to send the cleaning people back in because the dirt that was clearly visible. Numerous maintenance issues including a fan that was so wobbly and noisy we couldn’t sleep with it on We were afraid to use it and were advised by the maintenance man not to leave it running while we were not there. The hooks in the bathroom were laying on the floor, so there was no place to hang a towel. The one toilet seat was broken, and most importantly, the vent from the dryer was not attached so when we ran the dryer all the hot air and flew back into the room. There were electrical outlet issues and some light we were never able to get working at all. When I first went to the management company with a list of issues that filled a stent on notepad, and the woman was very rude to me, and said that there were no complaints or issues before. Then another lady stepped in and started talking to me, and she was much more receptive to our concerns. The maintenance man was very nice when he came, but we didn’t feel that these things should be taken care of while we were occupying the unit. Another issue we had was every time we sat on the patio. We were chased in by the strong cigarette smoke. I know that we were not allowed to smoke in the unit, but we couldn’t enjoy sitting outside because of the neighboring smoke.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunswept! The beach wasn’t too crowded and the pool wasn’t either. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint was the bathtubs draining extremely slow.

Our experience with Coastal Properties was fairly seamless. I reserved online, paid prior to arrival and picked up door keys when we arrived; no hassles. Our condo was nicely decorated, had plenty of amenities (like cooking utensils, towels, extra bedding, etc.). We were right on the beach and parking was convenient. While enroute we were informed that painting was being done on the exterior of the building. This was a bit inconvenient as scaffolding was erected outside our deck, but not the end of the world. Some work on the exterior of the building is needed and future renters will benefit from some freshening up. In our unit the toilet in the master bedroom ran continuously and when we attempted to inform management they seemed disinterested. All in all we enjoyed the stay and would recommend the property.

Condo #203 is a very well-kept 2 bedroom/2 bath rental located on the beach at 25300 Perdido Beach Blvd. The accommodations were nicely furnished with comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen contained all the small appliances needed along with a electric stove/oven, refrigerator/ice maker, and dishwasher, plus an overabundance of dishes and cookware. Our balcony overlooked the pool which was surrounded by lounge chairs and several tables/ chairs for soaking up the sun and visiting with other residents and a wonderful view of the Gulf. We enjoyed the convenience of the shopping center across the street along with several good restaurants within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

view and location are great. Condo is not in great shape. The microwave did not work and about half of the electrical outlets either did not work or were not secured. light bulbs were burned out.

We loved where we stayed. The location was fantastic. Right across the street from grocery stores and a great ice cream joint. Beach wasn’t crowded and neither was the pool. Our rental was clean. Only complaint is the microwave worked 17% of the time. Everyone we ran into were friendly and polite. We will be back!

This is an excellent location. The condo is an easy walk right out to the beach and the property is close to grocery store, restaurants via walk or drive. The condo is cute and clean.

It was a little dated. Could use some improvements but overall it is was ok.

The rental was beautiful. Very clean. Could do without the throw rugs. And toilets were a bit on the shorter people side but, overall amazing.

In the pictures this condo looked cute, but once we got there everything was worn down, old and did not feel clean.

We have been to Orange Beach several times and this condo was one of the best we have stayed at. We always do high rise condos, and I am so glad we did this one. We will be repeat renters. Condo was very clean. Wonderful location directly on the beach

I have understand renters don’t always treat property as carefully as they should, but this property is in dire need of trim work/painting/ etc. that would drastically improve the appearance. The sliding door to the balcony is locked only by a piece of trim placed in the track and is difficult to open. The master ceiling fan is wobbly and squeaky when on high (I thought it might fall), and the list goes on. I’ll look for another condo next year.

We were unfortunately evacuated from Myrtle Beach due to Hurricane Dorian and decided to make the trek to Orange Beach that same week. Coastal Properties did everything they possibly could to make our vacation happen and we couldn't have been more thrilled. Thank you SO much!

we had an incredible stay our condo was perfect for us as far as location to the beach, restaurants and shopping! It was very well maintained and would definitely stay there again!

Great Location and Condo was fairly well kept. Air Conditioning went out the day after we arrived but they had it repaired by the following day. If bathrooms had been updated and Outlets were not all stripped out then would have gave it 5 stars.

Loved everything. Would recommend cbanging the outlets in the bedrooms they were loose and chargers would not stay plugged in.

The building where we stayed has reached an age which needs updating, the outside maintenance not good, the pool tables had no umbrellas, though we were told by phone they had them, the condo lacked kitchen supplies, i.e. glasses and silverware. Odor in elevator. Coffee pot inoperable.

Very affordable and right on the beach. The condo was exactly the same as the online pictures. We were happy with our stay and will be back next year.

We've stayed at Sunswept 5 times now and this unit was by far, the nicest! The furnishings were top notch and tastefully decorated. Many times these vacation condos appear to have been outfitted with "leftover: furniture but this one has the appearance of a professional decorator. We've never stayed on a floor this low and there was some noise from the pool during the day but the onsite security kept it quiet after 10pm and we were never disturbed. Sunswept is great family friendly place and unit 203 receives our highest recommendation!

This rental was very nice and clean! The condo had updated furnishings and the King size bed slept GREAT! I could not find anything wrong with this unit except a couple of lose wall plugs. The Staff was Excellent and the property was well maintained and i saw Security Guards regularly. We would absolutely stay here again and we plan on it!

My daughter and I come to Orange Beach and stay at Sunswept every May. Love it. It's a smaller complex. Great area. Always clean and most condos have been updated. Perfect place right on the beach!

We did enjoy our stay. The unit location both in the building and for the beach was excellent. However, while the kitchen and living areas and the decor were great there were issues within the unit itself that just should not have been there. The wall plugs in the master bedroom would not hold the plug because they were simply worn out. They were totally unusable. There was a very unpleasant odor in the master bath and both bathtubs would not drain. Both problems were reported to the management staff but there was no follow through. On our last full day there the a/c totally quit working. It probably wasnt working correctly when we got there. The management staff did a good job resolving that issue. The stairwells, elevator areas and the walkways to the units all need a really good power washing and painting. We havent quite decided if we would chance another stay at Sun Swept or not. We would not recommend this unit,in this condition.

Each occurrence was handled promptly and the repairman showed up quickly! never worked for an entire load! Other than that, the condo was clgreat! Stocked sufficiently and in great condition! 2. The tv remote didn't work.

We really enjoyed our stay in sunswept 203. The room has easy access to the beach with only walking down one flight of stairs and also great views of the pool and beach. Super clean and comfy room!

Very pleasant stay. We have stayed in this condo for the last 13 years. Previously rented from Coastal Properties. Accommodations were adequate. A much needed update and repairs is needed. After the first day one wall of outlets in the kitchen stopped working. Luckily my husband (an electrical engr.) was able to fix it. Toilet in master bath was stopped up when we arrived. We also had to fix.
None of the lamps in living room had burned out bulbs. One of the dining chairs that was broken was never replaced. The main reason we like this condo is the ground floor access to pool and beach. We were unable to get access to the internet for the first day. Maybe the router has to be checked or upgraded. I feel the maintenance charges were a little high, since we experienced so many issues.

Overall, this is a great place for a beach vacation. If there was a negative, it is that the A/C unit in the outside wall and the A/C blower in the master bedroom are very loud. Everything else was perfect. It is close to restaurants, groceries etc. The management team is nothing less than great. Oh 's also right on the beach.

I loved the low building density / fewer people at beach /pool. Also the site is right across the street from shopping and restaurants - very easy to just walk across and pick up that one item you need. Finally the onsite management folks were very helpful and provided suggestions of good places to see while visiting.

Back Country paved trails are in easy biking distance or a short jaunt in a car. Lots of places for inexpensive dining are also close by, and more are in nearby Gulf Shores. Tennis, biking, hiking, fishing, beach walking, and shopping are all readily accessible from Sunswept. Love it here!

The family loved it. We usually stay on the beach either in Florida or South Carolina. This was by far the best. Location was great. Right on the beach where we wanted. Grocery store right across the street but yet very quiet location. Very close to great places to eat and shop. Very clean. Condo had everything we needed. Everything explained well before we went so we knew exactly what to expect and needed to bring. Will book again!
