Love the location. The unit is in need of updating. There are broken tiles by the sliding glass doors that are covered with a rug.

Incredible location with an amazing view and access to all things Orange Beach! Friendly staff with excellent response time.

Property was dated but location was perfect. The AC unit above our leaked into our unit so fans & a dehumidifier were constantly running. We were compensated 1 night. I do feel the AC was not working properly, at one time it was blowing warm air and never really cooled down the unit. I reported to Coastal. Unit only had 1 dish towel and 1 hand towel per bathroom which is not enough, manager did bring us more. WE will rent again.

The location was outstanding. The beach was gorgeous and the pool was meticulously maintained. The unit was spacious for 3 people with an awesome balcony.

door wall missing handle, would not lock. Hair dryer does'nt work. Chair cushions were dirty. Overall the unit needs to be updated

Great place to stay

We have stayed at Sunswept for 3 years now. We absolutely love it. Great location and great place to stay.

It was fun but they had some minor issues that needed to be addressed. Like the handle on the sliding door was loose and then it came off. Some of the cabinet handles were loose. The light in the kitchen was temperamental. We had to hook up one of the bedrooms cable tv. It was some minor upkeep items that needed to be taken care of. The table on the porch was falling apart. The location was perfect! Thanks Pat.

This unit was just as described. This is an older complex but well kept. It has all of the basic amenities and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes. Nothing fancy and it could use some updating but overall a great rental.

It was just right for our family with a disabled family member.
The area is convenient for shopping and dining without too many touristy distractions. The beach is beautiful of course and no steps to access. We would do it again.

Property management is onsite and available for any questions or problems.

Great location on the beach. Second floor unit, easy access. However, the unit was not clean. Utensils and cooking items were put away dirty. Floors had dirt and grease on them. The furniture was old, worn and the whole unit was dated. Furnace worked but ducts were so filthy we could not keep it on due to the smell

Our experience was great, with minor issues.
This condo is nice, but very outdated. TV in the rooms were not set up to watch upon arrival, and we did not want to waste time sitting in the room for someone to resolve. One of the king beds was hard, not really comfortable for my taste. bathroom in this same room is a bit strange with a step up to the toilet, could be a fell hazard for some people.

The beach access from this location is very nice. The pool is great, and never too crowded.
Would stay again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Sunswept. The location is very convenient to the beach and local restaurants/stores. The cleanliness of the condo though I was not impressed with. Multiple hairs found in bathtubs, sink and refrigerator. Patio was still left how previous renter left it. Sliding door to patio does not close shut. Rachel was very friendly during check in. We had someone different during check out who was not very accommodating seeing how we had to leave early due to a hurricane coming in.

Condo was roomy and loved having 3 bathrooms available. Kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware & utensils. Location was great for walking to lots of places to shop, eat and such. I enjoyed having security on site. Only comment (and not really a complaint) is we wish the pool had stayed open a little longer than 10 pm but otherwise overall great place and would definitely stay again.

Sunswept condos are perfectly located. Beautiful view of the ocean! The walk to the beach was short and the beach was less crowded than other locations. The pool area and grounds were well kept. The condo on the other hand was less than perfect. There are no pictures of the bathrooms on the website for a reason. One of the bathrooms had ply board covering a hole in the ceiling and there was mold on the ceiling. Another bathroom had mold behind the toilet and a broken light bulb left sticking out of the socket. The entire condo needed to be updated and could have been cleaner. There were also issues with the lock in the font and balcony doors.

Location and view was fantastic! Office workers were great! That's the some good.
Condo VERY dated and old. Walls dirty, floors dirty, bedspreads dirty (sheets were clean).
Dish TV boxes were in condo but not set up. Spent part of our time waiting on tv guy to set up only one of the 3 boxes that were not set up. The second day they picked up bedding to wash and said they would bring back later and it was never returned during our 5 nights stay.
Hate to complain but very dissatisfied!

Our condo was amazing. We had everything we needed. Lots of room for everyone. The weather was perfect.

Pool was fantastic, the rental not so much! They need to update update update! Beds are hard, the tv is from the 80s in the spare bedroom, the furniture although it was beachy, it was old! The furniture in all the bedrooms are outdated, which isn't a huge deal, it just wasn't an inviting condo! The grills are rusty and old as well! Probably wouldn't stay again.

The beach was beautiful & clean. The sun was shining. The wind was soft.

Great family vacation spot! Always chairs at pool, right on beach & quiet.

Condo is dated, paints and other misc fixer upper material in closets. Location was great, bathrooms were loud with fans, clock is 3rd bedroom was loud. Checkout time is too early, Hard to have breakfast then clean dishes and have them put away by 10:00

The condo was not what i saw on line it was dirty with old furniture by far the worst in 5 years. The office staff was vert helpful and polite. I'll never stsy in this facility again.

We have never been to Orange Beach and this was a nice small complex, which we like. And it had a great location for walking to many stores and restaurants.
The pool are a and beach were beautiful. Also loved the 2nd floor with great views, especially having my 85 yr old mom with us. It was easy for here to come in and out. Loved having the 3bdr and 3 baths, we had my sister and other family there with us.
Only thing I could see they may want to get new dryer, it took forever for clothes to dry. And the floors were a little dirty.
But would definitely recommend this little gem to anyone coming to Orange Beach. And we are looking forward to our next time!

Sunswept condo was a very nice condo but the unit we stayed in was in great need of updates. Washer and dryer was old and it took forever to dry the clothes. Furniture in the living room needs to be replaced.The kitchen was equipped with plenty of dishes. The blender was broke but the office replaced it immediately . We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling. The manager of the condo was very attentive and solved the problem asap. The outside grounds were very well kept and the pool was beautiful. Great access to the beach. The condo was in a great location. Close to groceries and restaurants. I would stay again but in a different unit.

We had a quick and seamless check in, condo was really nice and convenient to everything in Orange Beach. What a beautiful view to wake up to every morning - we love Orange Beach and Sunswept.

We have been staying at Sunswept,for over 15 years. Love the location ,beautiful large pool,family oriented complex.

My rental was nice I did not like master shower way to deep to step down in. My air broke last night. But overall a great room.

Need to do something about hot water. It was horrible. The towels had a order to them. Everything was was just ok.

That is my 4th time to stay at Sunswept and will stay next time I go.

We have been staying at Sunswept for over 10 yrs .we enjoy the family atmosphere ,central location, everyone so friendly.

It was ver good. Highly recommend for convenience to the beach and pool.

Unit 208 is in need of an upgrade. Furniture is old and 3 of 4 TV's are old models. It was clean and comfortable but outdated. AC issues in this unit during our stay, had AC issues last year in 108. We love this complex but owners need to update units to provide a vacation experience not a Motel 6 experience.
