Great place to stay and the room was excellent

Place was very nicely decorated and very clean. Nice short walk to the beach and the staff do really well at keeping it picked up around the property. Nice and close to the stores for groceries and shopping.

We had a great time. Location is great. Lots of restaurants and things to do. Condo had easy access to the beach and pool. Recently updated. Perfect for a family of 4. Would stay again. Thanks!

Bedroom in master could sleep 3 adults. Nice space. Plenty of drawers and closet space in master. Had to share closet with company friends because guest room has no closet. Got a little weird at times. Loved the swivel rockers in living room. Perfect view!!! Twin beds in guest room were not as comfortable as the fold out sofa so it was great to have options. We used the shower in the master so we coyld soak our tired bodies in a wonderful sand free deep tub. No complaints. Would stay here again but id tell company about the twin beds and no closet. Loved your decorating and grey floors. Thanks for sharing.

Coastal Properties was so helpful. Area around was perfect and can’t beat a clean pool and walkway to beach !

Very nice condo. Was pleased with everything. I had two issues, the elevator was sorta scary it got stuck one time I know because we were standing there waiting and a guy said it got stuck so we took the stairs. And no vacuum to clean the sand that got tracked in. I would have loved to been able to clean that daily. That’s my only two complaints. Thank you for the wonderful much needed stay

We had a great time. The unit was perfect for us. Loved that it was right on the beach. We cooked most of our meals but the unit didn't have oven mitts or hot pads. Other than that, everything was great.

Pictures look great but there was some unfinished painting, several lights that didn’t work-mainly in the 2 halls, condo was much smaller than it looked in pics, there also was a faint musty smell. Location was good. We’ve stayed in this area many years but first time staying at this condo. My biggest problem is when we arrived( which was late), I got my envelope out of lockbox. There was only 1 parking pass when there was supposed to be 2. The next morning, I went to the office, told her about it. She seemed to care less. I was worried 2nd vehicle would be towed. Still she seemed not to care. She said she was the one to put passes in envelope and knows she put 2. I told her there was only 1. She told me to come back to talk to manager that afternoon. I did. She was better at talking to me. I never did get a 2nd parking pass but manager assure me it wouldn’t be towed. It wasn’t. I will never stay here again. They are just not very accommodating.

This property was in good condition considering it had a new property owner. It could use a fresh coat of paint but we realize these things take time. There were quite a few children which made it hard to relax at times. Overall we liked the condo.

We really enjoyed our visit to Orange Beach. Our condo was clean and conveniently located on the beach. It is an older property but worked well for our family.

this condo has filthy and stained carpets in the bedrooms. the master bedroom bed is old, droops in the middle and is covered with a foam topper that doesn't stay in place. there were some pans in the kitchen which had dried food on them. broken lamp in living room. the air conditioner broke on the last night. I can not recommend this condo.

This was the first getaway for my daughter and me since Covid and we really enjoyed our stay. The property was a bit dated but clean, and the location was really good. My only complaint is that the tv satellite was not working when we arrived so we had to call for a technician to get it working. The tv in the living room was a bit small and the one in the second bedroom never did work. Otherwise we were very comfortable and would rent it again.

(1) Bedroom carpet loaded with yellow stains. (2) I killed a very large american roach in our condo, and office lady jus said it was simply a waterbug, (without seeing it) and this is their habitat,, and after i asked to be sprayed, she said i can have someone spray in the next day or 2, "if you want"! Why would I not? If my wife had seen that we would have had to leave! I dont think anyone sprayed either. (3)Light switches and outlets need some attention. (4) 2 half-rolls of TP and 1 garbage bag??? (5) Dish people came and made our TVs not work on Thursday and Friday it was raining and no TV. Plus we found a Dish cable in wifes underwear drawer? (6) And also they notified us that we should go directly to Coastal website next time and save VRBO reservation fee,, nice stab.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunswept on the Gulf. The condo was very nice and clean. The staff is great and helpful. We will rent from them again.

We spent 2 winter months in a cute condo in an ideal location on the beach with shopping across the road. Pretty beach style decor, but could use updating. Upgrading would help the door and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen.

Plenty of room for a family of 5. Great location directly on the beach. Grocery store located directly across the street which was very convenient. Unit was dated, but that didn't bother us. We knew what we were paying for and we were there for the beach and some great family time.

Our stay at sun swept 402 was lovely. The condo was the perfect size. We enjoyed the balcony so much early in the morning watching the sunrise and AND all the wildlife and Marine life. I would certainly stay here again.

This was a great, affordable condo. It is an older building, so we had some water leaking from some pipes, but the management addressed it promptly and worked with us to minimize the impact it had on our stay. Those things just happen, so we understood. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place!

Good location,clean and plenty of room

The condo was spacious, clean and very convenient to everything. You can’t beat the location and only steps to the pool and beach. Great vacation.

It was amazing! The unit was very clean and met all of our needs. It was above and beyond my expectations!
We will definitely book with them again!

Great stay in a good location.

The complex as a whole was very clean. The walk to the beach was short and convenient. There are no outside bathrooms to use when at the pool or on the beach. The pool is a nice size. Parking is convenient. There are plenty of carts to transport belongings to the condo from your car. The condo we stayed in, 402, needs some work. Several of the wall hangings were off the walls. The couch and two twin beds were quite squeaky. But the worst part was the sliding glass door was EXTREMELY difficult to slide. It required a man to work it, especially from the balcony since there was no handle to grab on that side. I informed Coastal the first morning and they said there was nothing they could do about it. After a few days, my son scraped some of the crud out of the runner which helped some. It definitely limited our use of the balcony which was a big disappointment. I have stayed several condos and I know the balcony doors can be a problem, but this was by far the worst. The lack of help from Coastal was very disappointing as well. I would not recommend this condo to someone.

It was a great home away from home. just a few things: The room #402 needs a new web update for the decor for it did not look like the pictures presented; however, it was more" beachy". The sliding glass door is hard to open & close. We bought WD-40 hoping that would help, but it did not. & a handle on the outside of it would help with re-entering. The back bedroom needs a desperate paint job. The carpet in the master bedroom needs replacing & the throw rugs also...Old & worn. The patio furniture is rusty & the air return needs spray painted...a little rusty too.. to sum it needs a little TLC!!! but the view is Wonderful!! we will return!!
restaurants suggestion: Wolf Bay Lodge...Cosmos..The Crab Trap..Rotolio's for pizza & Lamberts ( be very hungry)!! Visit the Zoo, too !!
