Sunswept 405

First, THANK YOU, to the staff! I had to rush down and needed a place to stay fast. Communication at the highest level. Customer service on point. I had special requests due to circumstances and were handled with care and smiling faces. THANK YOU!

There were not any steak knives, only two large carving type knifes.. No remote for bedroom television. The couch in den is worn out, the cousins would just collapse under you.....

Sheri and Jess in the Coastal Properties office were wonderful to work with! Sunswept is perfect for couples or families, easy beach access, the pool area is well maintained and big enough for adults to relax but still have plenty of room for kids to splash around. 405 is clean and has a very inviting feel, almost nostalgic but all of the appliances are new and the mattress was very comfortable! Perfect for a quick getaway with your person! We’ll be back later this summer!

This was our second stay in this suite. We loved it the first time and was not disappointed the second. It feels like home now.
Everything was clean and well kept. The lounge chairs on the balcony were wonderful!

Always love the Sunset condo. Close to the beach and employees very nice. Nice family oriented close to everything.Grocery stores right across street. Close to gulfshores, Pensacola, and beyond. Bathroom safety bars was a plus, thanks.

GOOD LOCATION FOR A BEACH VISIT. THE CONDO WAS CLEAN WITH GOODE OCEAN VIEW.

The rental was very small but livable. Personally I thought the furniture was too large for the space especially in the bedroom. Other than that, a good remodel would be nice. Not crowded, pool area was excellent. Location was great.

This was our first experience renting a condo on a beach.
It was the best vacation we've ever had. The room was spotless and everything we didn't know we wanted it to be!
In fact, it was so wonderful that we've booked the same room again but for two weeks this time!!

Exactly what I expected! Exactly what I needed! Perfect location right across the street from Walmart. I loved the balcony so that I could enjoy the beach without getting on the beach! Unit was very cozy and clean!

Relaxing trip

The room was great and so was the view. The only problem we had was the people doing maintenance decided to paint our door while we were in the room and when we went to leave paint got on my husband's clothes. I understand maintenance has to be done but I wish they had waited to do our door until we had left. Other than that it was a great experience.

Loved the location, condo needs a little update but all and all a great place to stay, would stay again.

Upon arriving we almost left and stayed elsewhere...I took photos of pictures with glass broken, two places of plaster needed repaired, a bare light bulb above bed (no globe), needs a good coat of paint everywhere..living room has two completely different colors, and exposed wires from TV, dishes were not clean. Decorating looked like they need to trash and start over with new items rather than goodwill/garage sale items.. I messaged on arrival with NO RESPONSE...

Condo is in a great location with everything you need right across the street!
Condo needs some updating- furniture and appliances, but all good enough. Some of the popcorn ceiling is coming off in the bedroom, doesn't look the best. But again not a deal breaker.

Property was as described regarding location, layout and amenities. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Only two recommendations: have a few spare clothes hangers in the closet and a few more pots/pans in kitchen.

wonderful time, great place, air conditioner needs work, when it cuts off it sound like it will rattle out of the closet. you have to either cut it down so it runs all the time or cut it up so that it doesn't cut on so much. other wise we will keep coming in the future.

We rent unit 403 from Saturday April 10th through Wednesday April 14th, 2021.
We had the worst vacation experience, the apartment complex was destroyed the night before, because they have the worst hail storm in years. The storm broke several car’s ‘ windshields. The unit that we rent was old and dirty specially at the entrance and in the terrace area.
The bedroom had a broken lamp, and the bathroom had a lightbulb that didn’t work. Bed and coaches were stinky. We left on Wednesday morning and tried to contact the office, but it was closed. Now 3 days after we left they contact me to let me know that I broke a lamp!
The worst property in Orange Beach Alabama..........If someone is planing vacation, don’t go there, save your money and avoid the worst memories and experiences in this place.

Smaller than expected, but comfortable

We had a wonderful time at Sunswept!! The view was everything I expected and needed. The condo was very clean and well stocked. It doe need some repairs. The rail paint was peeling as well as little spots on the ceiling. But the price was right and the bed was so comfy!! We will probably stay at Sunswept again but try another unit. I would prefer more comfortable living room couches and chairs but they were nice. We didn’t get to swim in the pool because it was too cold but it looked very nice and very clean.

The location is good however it is a pain to get in and out of the parking lot due to location of red light and median. The condo is very dated and is in need of updating. Great location of condo on 4th floor and center of building but being next to elevator makes for noisy evenings and trying to put children to sleep. It served the purpose but we will need a larger space for our next trip.

When we arrived everything looked good but discovered tub was clogged, sofa bed wouldn't come out even with 2 of us tugging then after getting it half way it would not go back so had to get maientence. After showering and walking on floor our feet were black so we didn't think floor was mopped prior to renting. But we made the best of our trip anyway!

MY husband, teenage son and I checked in on Sunday which was a seamless process since they are closed. The unit itself was small a bit outdated, the hallway lights did not work and the coffee pot had mold in it but that didn't keep us from having a great stay. This rental overlooked the pool and ocean which was breathtaking. The location is in a very convenient location so I would consider staying here again.

Great views of the ocean. Clean and simple room. I had no complaints other than being by the elevator and hearing tons of traffic through the night and early morning.

The pool is large and so it was cold, not sure if it's heated. We were able to swim in Clearwater FL in Jan and Feb bc the pool was heated. Overall, we booked it for the price for a view and the location central to grocery stores, restaurants, and not as busy as gulf shores with having kids. Not related to the condo but he u turns are kind of annoying but we get their purpose. We will return at some point. The condo could use some updating.

Beautiful view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Security guard on site. Felt very safe here.

We love staying at sun-swept. This was our 9th or 10th time. We love the view, hearing the ocean through our own balcony sliders, in the space is perfect for a getaway, especially as we like to cook our own meals we appreciate the kitchen. The pool was pristine, parking convenient and beach access perfect. The only downside was other guests smoking on their balconies near us so we had to actually close our sliders on occasion to keep the stench out of our condo.

This rental was very nice. Beach access was great! The rental office staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was never a problem and several reateraunts and grocery stores right across the street. We will definitly consider sun swept condos again for out next family beach vacation.

Great stay, beach clean , pool sparkling , quiet. Staff friendly. Balcony with great view. Furniture and condo require remodeling and updated furniture.

We have stayed at Sunswept for over 10 years. We have stayed in many different units, but #205 is our favorite. It is very nicely decorated, the bed is comfortable, and it has a well stocked kitchen. We love the location across the street from shopping and restaurants. We are not fond of the high rise buildings and thus Sunswept is just right. This time we were in #405, it was clean, the bed was very comfortable, but the kitchen was not very well stocked. It seemed as though they put in the bare minimum and not always useful items. I hope we are able to get into #205 on any future stays. We like the fact that Sunswept has one bedroom units as there are usually just the two of us. We look forward to staying at Sunswept in the future.

We love sun swept every time we come to orange beach that is we're we stay . Room 405 has been our least favorite room by far .

No garbage cans by elevator just piled up trash Pitifull unit ! Ridiculous booking fee & told by management owners not keeping up with demand of nicer things!
Will never stay here again

This is a perfect location. 2 groceries right across the street, also other shops, and some resturants in walking distance. The rental was clean, but lacked in some kitchen utensils.
