Sunswept 602

This is our third time staying here and again can’t wait to return. The place is always clean and the staff is always friendly. We love the new walk in showers.

Place was spotless and comfortable. We will be back again next year!

Another wonderful vacay at Coastal Properties Sunswept in Orange Beach AL. Always available when we want to go. A best kept secret.

We had a Girl’s week and had a very nice time. The condo was very adequately equipped and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Our stay was great.

This condo was extremely clean and had a beautiful view. The building itself needs work. Elevator did not work on multiple days of our stay causing us to carry groceries , coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas up and down 6 flights of stairs in extreme heat.

The only complaint we had was the furniture in the Livingroom area. It was very uncomfortable, especially for two people with back problems. Otherwise we felt very much at home in the condo. The pool area was perfectly maintained. Great place to stay.

We had a great time. Our condo was great again! Our 3rd year did not disappoint.

This is our second time staying here and would do it all over again. This place is amazing, clean, well equipped and convenient to everything.

The Sunswept Condominium was recommended to me as a good place to stay in Orange Beach. I was extremely pleased with the property. The condo was well furnished in every aspect and wonderfully decorated. Everything was as described and better. There was easy access to the beach and a very nice pool.

We will definitely stay here again. Impressed with the unit and with the staff and the ease of check-in on a holiday. The room was clean and nicely furnished with everything we needed. Restaurants were close by and convenient. Pool and beach access was easy. We really enjoyed our stay. Elevators seem a bit sketchy, but they worked fine for our purposes.

I was very pleased with the condo. It was exactly what I expected.

The building itself is older but well maintained, condo was recently remodeled, beds comfortable, nice appliances and very clean. Within walking distance of 3 grocery stores and multiple restaurants. Easy access to the beach. Pool and pool area very clean. Will stay here again.

A great place to vacation, very convenient to everything . Very clean, organized and just enough space to have a wonderful time. Can't wait to come back again!

We had a great stay at Sunswept. The condo was very clean, organized and spacious with a great balcony. The building itself is a little older but it was clear that 602 has some recent updates. We enjoyed staying in a smaller building as well... beach was never crowded. Convenient location with easy access to grocery store, restaurants, etc.

On very short notice, the ladies took care of us very nicely and very efficiently!

We have stayed at Sun Swept twice over the past month. This stay our unit was updated and was SO nice. Staff is nice, as well. The beach access is easy from the condos. We will definitely be staying here again.

We can handle a lot and understand that things happen so are never quick to judge. That said, when we checked in we went to take a shower and both showers in the unit were completely clogged to the point where they would not drain over 4-6 hours. I was able to take the drain apart and fix the one but the other was too clogged down deeper. I told maintenance the next morning when they were in and they fixed it by the end of the day. We also tried to use the dishwasher the first day and it just leaks all over the floor and I mean a gallon or two. But the icing on the cake was the the smoke detector was beeping all night and we asked for a better to try and fix it and were told they didn’t have any which tells me there clearly is not routine maintenence.

We have stayed in this unit several times in the past so we knew what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised by the recent upgrades to the unit since our last visit. The place looked great and looks like a page out of a vacation magazine! Keep up the great work guys!

We just enjoyed our week at Sunswept Condominiums in Orange Beach, Ala. Clean, roomy unit right on the beach. We especially liked the off-season rate for mid-April. We figure Orange Beach is the closest beach to us in St. Louis. For that reason and others, we look forward to returning to the area every couple of years. We were last there in 2018. We also prefer Orange Beach over Gulf Shores or Pensacola because it's not as commercialized.

The condo was very clean spacious and exactly what we needed. Beautifully decorated!

Nice place to stay. It is more dated than other condos we have stayed at, but clean, neat and beachy decorated. Nice pool and a short walk to the ocean. It was easy to check in.

SunSwept has great people I. The office and maintenance staff are very attentive to our needs. The condo was very cleaned and had everything we needed. The furniture esp the couch was too low and difficult for my husband to get out of

Literally the only thing I would change about this property is the blinds that go out to the balcony (it's missing a few shades).

Clean, nicely laid out condo in a great location - right across the street from two grocery stores and several restaurants so I rarely had to get in my car. Nice pool and short walk to the beach! It is an older building so it is smaller and I like that very much.

Accommodations were convenient and clean. We checked in and out without difficulty. The space was functional and fairly quite during the time we were there.

It was great! Third time we have stayed here, and we love it. Good location, lots of restaurants and attractions.

We had an awesome week relaxing on the beach every day and cooling off in the pool. The pool and grounds are well maintained. Our unit was clean and modern with all the amenities we could possibly need.

Would return next week if we could. Right on the beach. Beautiful view. Clean, spacious unit. Wonderful staff. Great location with beach in back and many walk-to places in front. Wonderfully located.

The ease of rental and location was great. Short drive to lots of eating places and entertainment, plus Walmart was directly across the street. The Condo has some issues with the outlets. The switches had to be on for the outlets to work. The sofa sleeper was small and not in good condition but the manager was very helpful in getting us an air mattress. The blinds covering the sliding door did not work well and one of the slats would fall down each time you tried to open them. Apparently a previous renter had bent the rod used to open them. The sliding door also stretched each time it was opened. Overall though I would recommend this condo.

We came to Orange Beach for my son's wedding. We wanted to find a condo on the beach and this fit the bill. It had a beautiful view of the gulf, and it was tastefully decorated. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the evenings.
There were grocery stores and Walmart across the street if you wanted/needed anything. Very convenient to most places.
The evening of the wedding we had dinner at a steak and seafood restaurant called the Voyager which was WONDERFUL!!
My only negative comment is for the price we paid there should have been paper towels, dish soap to wash pans, and more than one kitchen wash cloth and towel. Also, we had to keep asking the office for more toilet paper

Very nice and clean building. the condo was perfect for our stay. Everyone was frinedly, and the beach was perfect. The stores across the street was convienent also. Everything was perfect!!

Check in was easy. Room was nice and clean with anything you may need for your vacation. On down side for my party was the bed, it is very firm. I like a softer bed. Pool area was kept neat. In the evening/night time some of the lights on the walkway to the beach were out. A lot of places to eat and shopping areas very close.

We enjoyed our stay at sunswept 602 very much ! Very cute and comfortable condo ! Loved the ocean view, and having my coffee on the balcony while watching the ocean !

We thought the condo was very nice, beautiful view, furniture flooring and facilities! The cleanliness was a bit lacking though. There were cob webs and dead bugs in the corner of the living room and the bathroom light fixture with exposed bulbs was visibly dusty. The garbage at the end of the walkway to the beach wasn't taken out for several days also and had a foul odor. Several guests remarked about that. Overall we had a great time though.

We rented Sunswept 602 with our friends for 11 days in August, 2015.

We loved the condo, pool and beach area! The condo we stayed in was a 2 bdrm and was big enough to comfort my family of 6! Very clean property, good location, close to stores and restaurants.
