Sunswept 604

We love SunSwept. The property is small and well run. The unit itself could use some some improvements. The rug is stained, bedding is worn, bathroom baseboards need repainting, kitchen is poorly stocked. That said it was very clean and met our needs for our short stay. We will be back to SunSwept!

This was our second time staying with Sun Swept Condominiums. We loved that we were right on the beach and our balcony view was breath taking. Loved the convenience of having access to stores right across the road. No need to drive to the grocery, just walk across the road and get what you need. We definitely will be coming back to stay with you. Thank you!

Our visit was extremely relaxing. This condo met most of our needs! The location is perfect, the beach was perfect (white sand, wide, flat beach). The bed was VERY comfortable, the condo was well equipped (just take extra trash bags if you'll use more than one). We will definitely return!

Condo was clean and well stocked. Great views from the balcony. Could have used a little more storage for food. We cook a lot of our own meals. Staff was very helpful and we would love to come back to this facility in the future.

Condo was nicely decorated with updated bathrooms. Kitchen was functional. The feel of the condo was nice. We had a relaxing enjoyable time.

Our condo was conveniently located across the street from stores. It was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend it. We enjoyed eating at Cobalt and CoastAL restaurants.

Overall the place was nice, but the kitchen table was too high, and the bed needed to be replaced.

This condo was perfect for our vacation. It was just the right size, had everything we needed and was right on the beach. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Check in was quick and easy allowing us to get our vacation started right away.

Loved this condo. View was perfect, beach wasn’t crowded, and parking lot had security. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but that’s my preference. Overall a great stay!

Management company was easy to get in touch with and work with. The only thing missing from the facility were a hot and a fitness center. Other than that, the location was great!

The rental was just as advertised and had all the amenities I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Great location with a view of the beach from the balcony and only a few steps to the beach on one side and shopping, restaurants, etc. across the street on the other side. Close to restaurants, entertainment, other beaches, etc. Very clean and furnished well and property management staff were very professional, friendly and helpful with suggestions and directions I'd definitely stay there again!

Cozy condo,smaller than I expected. Great view from balcony, good location. Complex could use toilet facilities at pool location, if you needed to use the bathroom you have to go back to your condo.

This is our 4th time staying at Sunswept. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. The condo was clean, served it’s purpose and we had a great time. We like the fact that Sunswept in only 8 stories tall, quicker elevator turnaround and less people competing for beach space. Conveniently located across the street from a Walmart Market Place as well.

This condo was well maintained, neat and clean. The check-in was fast with friendly agent.

Overall went very well. There was a bad outlet in the bedroom that should be checked (burned heating pad wiring) that is on the same circuit as the HVAC, but other than that - everything was perfect. The front desk was very responsive. Perfect location, comfortable bed. The TV remote didn't have batteries, but we figured out how to adjust the input with the buttons on the back.

Stayed Thanksgiving weekend and was great, condo was clean, updated and convenient to everything. Beautiful pool area and access to the beach was a very short walk. Can’t wait to stay again.

Great place to stay and the staff here is amazing

Sunswept has been my go to destination in Orange Beach for many years in the past. This was a return trip for the first time since 2008. I am pleased that the facility is still clean and family friendly.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff had great communication prior to the stay and were excellent at check in. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, location was perfect, and the view from the deck was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Location and comfort are excellent! We had a great, quiet stay, and the beach is wonderful in the fall! Prepare to bring things like paper towels and toilet paper, and we could never get the tv to work. We probably could have called for assistance with the tv but the quiet was actually really nice so we just didn't worry about it. Comfortable furniture, amazing views!

We love the Sunswept and have stayed here every year for almost 20 years. Unit 604 had updated the bathrooms and the tile looked fantastic. It's all you'll ever need.

ONe elevator was broken. There weren't enough towels supplied. Need to look closer on what you are supplyingand the quality of supplies.

We’ve been to many beaches and stayed in many condos, but none have compared to this location. This unit was awesome in every way and the location is superior. We’ll be back!!!

We loved the updated condo. The bathrooms were beautiful, living room and kitchen had updated appliances and furniture. There was a problem with the balcony door and it was fixed within hours by the property management co. The only issue was the checkout time of 10 am which was really early

This is our third stay at Sunswept and the best. Our condo was perfect with a beautiful view. The pool is extremely large, clean, with lots of nice furniture. Everything you need is close by, even walking. Major grocery stores, liquor stores, souvenirs, restaurants are right there.

I can’t say enough about the staff. Everyone is great. Rachel is the best and could not have been more helpful and friendly.

I can’t wait to go back and hopefully get 604 again.

Beautiful location, right on the beach. Very small unit, but great for a long weekend for 2 people. King size bed was comfortable, BUT it took up the whole room. Bathroom has been recently updated and it is very nice. The small powder room makes it helpful when 2 people are trying to get ready to go out.

Horrible, the property was not what I expected. My experience was awful the entire trip. We were harassed nightly, for no apparent reason by the security guard.
Property was not well maintained for the cost,customer service for okay, I would not recommend this property to anyone and would never return to this property ever again. We enjoyed Rotols’s and Pleasure Island Tili Bar

We had a good experience overall. This unit needs the sliding door checked as we could only open it wide enough for one person to get out the door.

Overall, the building was great and in a wonderful location. The unit itself however, had a broken washing machine. It was reported to management, but no one came to repair it--apparently it had been broken for some time, because they knew about it. Also, the furniture was pretty worn. That being said, the unit was clean, had a great view and a comfortable bed. We will come back, just not to that unit.

Good the only thing wrong was the washing machine handle didn't work. The staff was quick to give us a screwdriver it worked.

We have always enjoyed our stay at Sunswept in condo #604. This has been our go to condo for the past six years. I feel the condo needs a few updates in dcor and up keep. We had to open the washing machine with a screw driver in order to use it. Also, the new rules handed down by the owners association are a little extreme. We have booked for next Summer, but may find another complex due to the new rules being enforced at Sunswept.

Check in was at 3:00 pm, I arrived at the rental office a little before 3. I was told that the unit was not ready bc it had not been cleaned yet. When I asked when it would be ready, the response was "I don't know". The lady went ahead and checked me in. Now, this was an experience. I have been renting condos for abt 20 yrs now. I have been going to the beach for over 30 yrs. I know and understand the rules. The lady who checked me in proceeded to read every rule to me in a voice that was very loud and condescending. It was very unprofessional. After the 10 min schooling on what not to do, the condo was still not cleaned. I was told that I could go ahead to the unit but all personal items needed to be placed in the closet. I got in the unit and the cleaning crew arrived to clean. Other than the below average check in experience, the rental was great. The unit was nicely furnished and had everything one would need for a great beach experience.

Fast & easy to rent ..we love sunswept and stay here ever year. People in the office are very sweet and helpful.

This is our second year in this condo and 3rd year at Sunset. This is a well kept condo and the view is spectacular! Very convenient to restaurants and stores.

We stay at the sunswept every year and are never disappointed , unit 604 was well decorated and clean. This property is close to grocery stores ,and restaurants.

We love staying at Sunswept Condo and usually get a bigger unit because our family usually goes with us. This time we stayed in a one bedroom unit #604 and it was very nice. The unit was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Especially the balcony where I like to sit and enjoy the beach. Will stay in this unit again!!!!

Everything went well. No problems. Great location. The condo was in excellent condition. The condo is quite small. Just 2 of us so the condo was large enough for us but if we had kids or grandkids with us it would have been too tight. Impressed with the secure beach access. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach.

This is our second year at Sunswept and first visit to #604. We were pleased with the decor, comfort and cleanliness of the condo. The ocean view is spectacular! The washer may need some attention as it is very loud, but WORKS! We plan on visiting again next year!

The blankets that in closet provided to be used with pull out couch were nasty. They had dried boogers on them plus the sheets had the worse looking red stain on them. I had to get someone to bring me blankets from our own house when they arrived in town. Also the pillows left in closet to use were terrible also. They had a plastic type covering which was ripped up. When we moved the rug and coffee table to pull out couch the area where it was had tons of sand everywhere. Also a deadbolt would be an amazing addition. I have always love staying here and have been for 25 years. I always feel very safe, location is amazing, but I have to say my favorite reason for staying is that it is a smaller condo complex. Where most people enjoy the big one with millions of people I have always enjoyed Sunswept bc with less people bc there more room for everyone at the beach and pool. I don't feel like we are always sitting on top of everyone.
