Step into a bright and inviting living room designed for comfort and relaxation. With plenty of seating and a cozy layout, it’s the ideal place to unwind after a day in the sun—whether you're watching your favorite shows, enjoying family time, or simply soaking in the peaceful coastal atmosphere.

Just beyond the living room, step out onto your private balcony and take in breathtaking Gulf views. The sound of the waves and endless stretches of sugar-white sand create the perfect backdrop for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or evening sunsets you won’t forget.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with ease, whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or cooking a full family dinner. Guests can gather around the dining table for meals together or choose to dine al fresco on the private Gulf-facing balcony for an unforgettable beachfront experience.

This spacious condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, offering a peaceful retreat after a long day. The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, with both a king bed and a queen bed. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a queen sofa sleeper—making it easy to accommodate everyone comfortably.

The condo was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The view was perfect. Also, the fridge was cold which is something we’ve always struggled with. It was a great room with great space for a large family. We had no issues with elevators or checking in/out. The only down fall was there wasn’t a restroom near the pool or downstairs. We will be back again!

The room was clean and had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation. Close proximity to restaurants. Pool was close by. Short walk to the beach. View was fabulous. Loved the entire stay.

Really nice, updated condo rooms. Master bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on and I can only assume the other beds were great too. My friends didn’t complain. Spacious living room and overall a great experience. Only “complaint” was the shower curtain rod in the master bath is rusted on top and we didn’t notice until it stained some of our swimsuits.

Luckily we don't have to travel far to our favorite beach getaway! We have been staying at Sunswept for years, but this was the first time we stayed in this upgraded gem! We've noticed over the past years, many units have been nicely upgraded. The property is typically quiet and not as crowded as others. Everything always clean and tidy, property management also worked with us to have our room ready a little bit earlier then standard check in. We couldn't be happier than our time spent at Sunswept. Everything was as described, which is not the norm. Comfortable beds, awesome washer & dryer. Great view. Well stocked towels and kitchen supplies. Comfortable furniture. If I had to find a fault, its that the one view you do not see in the balcony pictures is that on the right side of the balcony you have zero privacy, large condo right on top of it with their windows & balconies right there. It was a very comfortable place to stay. Groceries, and any other store , food , gift shop is all right there within blocks.
