We had a wonderful time staying here on our 30th anniversary ❤️ Very beautiful beach. Restaurants are very close.

The unit was very adequate for 2 people, had an awesome view and a very nice balcony.

We are always so happy with our stay at Sunswept. Close to everything and wonderful beach views and easy access to the beach as well. Will be returning next year for our vacation.

Great accomodations. Great service. Perfect location! This was our 2nd stay. We never want to go anywhere else. Note: Please change the TV in that unit. The picture was really bad. We wouldn't have even cared, but we wanted to watch the Pacers game.

This condo was perfect in every way. Exactly as described, everything was updated, clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was excellent, and the upgrades made to the building were definitely on point. We will be back.

We had a wonderful getaway in Sunswept 704. The view was stunning, the perfect backdrop for a restful few days. The condo was perfect for my husband and me as we celebrated our birthdays. A great location and very quiet at this time of year.

This was just what we were looking for. The location was perfect - right on the beach - balcony overlooking the ocean - well stocked and just perfect!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Sunswept 704. It was convenient to Walmart and the local surf shops. The unit was very spacious and had a great A/C unit. The only suggestion would be a new mattress for the bed. We will definitely stay in this unit again

Whoever is responsible for the linens needs to improve the bathtowels. The were small and poor quality. The hand towels and bath cloths were okay.

This is our 8th year coming to OB and our 7th with Sunswept condominiums. This was the cleanest and most well cared for unit we’ve stayed in. We love the proximity to shopping and restaurants. Aside from being unable to use the balcony at times due to other guests smoking and often times it was marijuana, the views are amazing the water was clear and beautiful.

Enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Loved having the 1/2 bath. Walmart right across the street as well as some other shopping. Make sure you get some cupcakes at Deep South Cake. We didn't have a car, so it was good Walmart was so close, as there are no basic cooking ingredients. Not even salt/pepper. No extra trash bags, TP or dishwasher soap. Wish the pool was heated through May--it was COLD. Make sure you go to Flora-Bama. We walked to a couple restaurants, but mostly cooked at the condo. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans and utensils. First time visiting Alabama. Only surprise was AL has a 10% sales tax. It was a great place to get away from the long Michigan winter.

Great location. The unit was OK for the price but needs new carpet or no carpet in the bedroom as it is rolling by the bathroom and could be a tripping hazard. The bed was uncomfortable but my wife and I have bad backs so maybe it's fine for others. We give it a 3 overall

Sister and I have no other family, and we love the beach in the winter.

First 2 days were fine, but then the construction noise began during weekdays and we agreed to move to a different property but the condo wasn’t as nice, smaller all the way around including balcony. First morning there I was bitten by ants in the kitchen and as I’m writing this am still swollen. I am not a complainer , but am very disappointed. Not the vacation I spent good money for. I will say the management was apologetic and tried to help.

This was a good stay for us, the width was a little narrow for our taste but it was a great view from the balcony and everything is right there for shopping and eating. I was a little disappointed with the on-site staff. We wanted to look at a two bedroom and they told us they were all booked up, which was highly untrue with only about 8-10 cars in the parking lot. Probably will look for someplace else since we could not look at the 2 bedrooms to see if it might be larger.

Great location. Walmart, groceries and other shops a walk across from it. Nice pool, short walk to beach, plenty of chairs and clean. Staff was friendly. I will be back!

The office staff and management company made every effort to minimize its impact on our stay and keep our vacation on track. No doubt it would have been 5 stars across the board on a "normal" week. There is a lot to like about the unit, the complex, the beach and the area.

The Condo was everything I hoped for and more. Beautiful view of the gulf! I ate meals on the balcony every day. The bed was comfortable and overall the condo was very well decorated! I plan on making it an annual trip there and hope to be able to stay in the same condo! Thank you for allowing me to use your lovely condo!

Unit was clean, comfortable and very inviting! I love that Sunswept is low density. The pool is never crowded. The beach was great. I love Sunswept so much I hope to even buy a condo for myself in the very near future!

The condo was SUPER cute and we would love to stay there again. During our week they were remodeling the outside and the noise of power tools was non-stop. Also, we noticed alot of mold around inside air vents etc. We didn't have the air or heat on so we weren't too worried about it.

Great condo but if I would change anything it would be need a bigger tv in bedroom and a keurig coffee maker

Check in was easy and simple, and the condo was as advertised. Great location and no issues. My only suggestion is to updated the kitchen. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the updated bathroom was wonderful.

This is an older property, and not particularly clean or well maintained. It was fine for a couple needing a little getaway to Orange Beach, and we had a great time. There was a nice set of knives in the unit and the A/C worked well.

Loved it can't wait till next year. The only issue was the mattress was not very comfortable if you have back problems.

The stay was amazing. Everything was clean and well kept. It was my husband and I first time going on vacation by ourselves and we enjoyed the stay very much.

We really like 704 Sunswept. THe furnishings are comfortable, the unit is clean, the view is priceless. This is our second stay in this unit and probably our 6th stay at Sunswept. The staff that maintains Sunswept are great. Rachel, Sherry and Lewis are always helpful and friendly. Can't imagine staying anywhere else in the area.

The space and price were perfect for 2 people. It was nice having the 1/2 bath especially since one of us slept on the couch. The view was spectacular! Our only complaint was the building next to us was being worked on, the lift they used beeped when moving. The noise was rather annoying. There was also a condo unit being worked on in our building, which was additional noise at times. Overall it was a nice stay!

Great stay! The view from the balcony was perfect. Great beach access. The condo was clean with fun beach decor. It had everything we needed to cook meals including thanksgiving dinner and the shower is awesome! We’ll definitely be back.

We always have a GREAT time at Sunswept. September 2020 we arrived and had three good sun, beach and pool days. But then Sally decided to turn our way and Tuesday night was frightening. In my opinion, we were in probably the safest place. Sunswept has to larger/taller complexes on each side of the building. I think this protected us. Yes, it was frightening but we are trying to plan our next trip to Sunswept.

I loved staying at the 704 Sunswept unit in Orange beach. I love the location, it was right on the beach and very close to everything. The unit was clean and had everything that we needed while we stayed there. The only thing that I had an issue with is the living room sofa sleeper. It needs to be updated. I slept on the sofa sleeper and it was uncomfortable. Other than that I loved everything. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved staying in Sunswept 704! Rental was clean and cute. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice, roomy shower! Cute decor and HUGE King bed! Balcony had the most perfect (and CLOSE) view of the beach! We loved that sunswept had fewer crowds than other places we’ve stayed.

Nice, clean unit. Good for 2 people. This was a small building right on the beach. The property was a little older, but this unit was nice. Can’t speak for the other units in this building. Conveniently located.

We alway enjoy our time at the beach at this time of the year, look forward to next year.

Wanted to take my mom on a nice beach trip. Once we got into room, noticed the fire alarm beeping so checked it and there wasn’t a battery in it. As it got dark, went to turn on lamps in living room and both lamp bulbs were out. Opened up cabinet where trash was to put trash bag in and there was a sopping wet diaper in bottom left in there which unleashed several gnats. Later went to turn on tv in bedroom and that didn’t work either. Also leftover stains and food on nightstand in bedroom. Extremely disappointed and spent a lot of money to stay here. I did let front desk know. Will never go back there.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunswept. The condo has nice amenities and is so convenient to everything we wanted to do. Loved the beach and listening to the surf.

Loved the location. Gulf view is absolutely beautiful. Condo was as pictured and described. Awesome view of the gulf from the patio, it’s the perfect place for morning coffee. Would recommend and stay again if in Orange Beach.

We are a retired couple. This condo met our needs perfectly. Great view, very clean, comfortable. Kitchen was outfitted with everything I needed as I cooked most meals. Convenient location to the beach, shopping and biking. Comfortable bed. I recommend this condo without hesitation.

I had a wonderful time at sunswept condo, my rental unit was absolutely beautiful, clean and well supplied too. There were only two issues to be resolved, replace batteries in remote and stove ey but the maintenance man cane right away and died the stove and I got the batteries from the offce. Other than that the vacation went beautifully and look forward to the next visit next year

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The Condo was perfect for the two of us. We spent our days at the Beach and pool. If we needed a break from the Sun the room was right there for us to take a break. The Condo itself was clean and very accommodating for the two of us. Dining and shopping were both close. We enjoyed our mornings drinking coffee and our evenings relaxing with some adult beverages on the patio. Even spotted some Dolphins one morning.

The condo was perfect for just my husband and I. Very clean and we loved the huge shower! The only thing I would recommend, is most condos you stay at leave you mini supplies of dish & dishwasher soap and more than one roll of toilet paper. But other than those small things it was great! Would recommend to friends!

Overall location was a plus for us. I felt the price was alitlle high considering other properties like phoenix (Ive stayed in) were the same price and had many more amenities. (hot tubs, exercise rooms and rooms larger) There isn't any restrooms close to the pool or I never saw one or workout. Very basic. I found our room to be clean and adequate for just the 2 of us. The staff was friendly. TH walk in shower was nice but the TV was hard to manage and software had to be updated while we were there after we trouble shouted for a day without TV we found the tv manual and figured it out. No premium channels..very basic. If your looking for the bare minimum then this is the place clean and the same price as all the others on the beach. Not many one bedrooms offered in Orange beach so pickings are slim.

Overall we had a good experience. The management company was great, the condo was clean and the view is wonderful. It is small (I can’t imagine having additional guests in the space) but perfect for two people.
We were a little disappointed by the dearth of activities/restaurants and found we had to drive a bit to get to things to do.
Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed the stay.

What a peaceful, relaxing experience in a perfect location. We enjoyed the convenience of great restaurants, long beautiful walks, shinning sands, and a sparkling clean pool. Our unit was perfect!

Our trip was fantastic. The condo was clean, great location, loved the view. We were so comfortable we almost forgot we had to go back home. One highlight of our vacation was sitting out on the balcony and the Blue Angels flew by. The decor was beautiful. Keeping this condo on our list for next vacation.

This was my first time to vacation at the Sunswept Condo. It was perfect for our 3 days we spent there. Right on the beach, nice condo and very clean. We had everything we needed for a great vacation! We plan on going back for a longer stay.

While this unit is small we had everything that we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We had absolutely no complaints.

Only complaints are just general & sure that most rentals have the same. Loved king size bed,but could use a better mattress. could have used a crock pot,as I did cook a couple of meals as I took grand kids. Thought it was alittle over priced since only amminities was a nice pool.(no work out, hot tub, or ganything for kids) would have preferred covered parking but alot of condo's don't offer covered pkg. loved the view, Had a blast at the beach, kids loved the pool, great location, lots to do pensacola air museum a must see, lots of good resturants near by, condo furnished nicely. would recomend.

We love Sunswept. This was our 6th year there & the stay there is always great. The staff there are very nice & so helpful. Everything this year had been updated & the grounds looked great. Always fun &'super nice!! Thanks for a good getaway!
