Condo has your basic needs and is clean. Good location, on the 7th floor and right across from the elevator. View from balcony was great. The location itself can get congested with traffic during peak season but does have restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We have stayed at Sunswept before and would consider it again. One tip that we had to ask about is the shower is reverse for some reason. Cold is hot water and hot is cold.

We loved staying in this unit. Everything was so clean and comfortable. The Gulf view was spectacular. Sunswept has been my go-to for over 25 years and I will continue to book with them.

We love Sunswept. We stay there 3-4 times per year. This was the first time we have stayed in 705. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only 2 problems were the tv in the living room and the mattress. The TV had a line through it and did not receive local channels well. The king mattress in the bedroom was the absolute worst we have have ever slept on. It was so bad we could feel the springs. We will definitely be back to stay at Sunswept but probably another unit unless the mattress is replaced .

Sunswept was just what my wife and I needed for a get a way. The condo was in a great location, very clean, and the service was fantastic!

Nicely updated and well-decorated condo in a great location. Quick walk to groceries and restaurants. Extra half-bath is very convenient. Also well-kept pool area and wonderful sandy beach.

The condo was very nice and in a wonderful location. We love staying at Sunswept. The only issue we had was that the shower head would not work and there was no hot water for the bath. Other than that, the condo was very nice and we loved the views from the balcony.

We had an amazing time at Sunswept 705! The condo was so cute, beautifully decorated and had all the items needed for. Great week on the beach! We were familiar with the area so we were grateful to get to come back and enjoy all of our favorite things and restaurants In the area, we will for sure return!

We had a great time this year. The location is perfect with tons of options for dining. The rental property was very clean and newly renovated and the view was amazing!! We will definitely stay here again!!

We Love Staying At Sunswept. Our room was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. We stay at Sunswept every year and we will be back next year.

The location of this condo, along the Gulf and across from a great shopping center, was perfect for us. The 7th floor was a great spot, the deck was enjoyable, above the pool, but not at all disturbing. The sofa and chair pictured had been replaced with a sofa bed and recliner, which were comfortable. The condo was cleaned but not immaculate, the kitchen was nicely stocked, the laundry was appreciated. There are maintenance items that should be taken care of, hole in shower head wall, replace screen, etc. mentioned in previous reviews. Priced well for the condition of the condo. Staff were very accommodating. The property was under renovation, exterior painting and construction underway, but we didn't mind. Access to the Gulf was great, walking and enjoying the water, sun, and sand. We would consider renting here again in the future.

The condo is in need of maintenance. The good is the staff is very nice and helpful. The condo has a great view, the furniture and bed are in good shape and comfortable. The bad the condo needs a good cleaning and updating. The carpet is long past needing replaced, the baseboards have a few years of dirt on them, the AC vents are dirty and rusted, the fan vent in the bathroom has a quarter inch of dust on it, the shower head flops around in the hole in the wall which looks like it has been like that a long time. Some paint and caulking would go a long way in improving the place. The kitchen cabinet outer coating is falling off. There is a washer and dryer but from how they looked I wasn’t putting my clothes in them. If they did some updates and cleaning this would be a nice place. The building itself needs cleaning and updating as well. One negative they can’t fix is the HVAC is in the bedroom closet and makes a lot of noise turning on and off. There isn’t a security lock on the door inside. We had someone try to come in one day who said they were with the building and had the wrong condo but we weren’t sure about that. They were pushing past something we had in front of the door and didn’t stop trying to get in even after my wife yelled several times what do you want can I help you. When she got up the door they finally stopped trying to get in and said they were at the wrong place and left.

This is a great location. Property itself could use some sprucing up. Pool is great and walk to beach convenient. Beach really clean. The condo was very clean but needs updating. Carpet very worn in places and hole in wall behind bedroom door. Hole near shower head. Also no night time security lock on exterior door.

Unit as described. Great location. Is showing it's age, but what you would expect for a beach rental. Second year we were in this unit. Would rent again.

It was clean and welcoming. Everyone was extremely nice.

It started off bad. Our TV didn't work and we had to call local cable company ourselves twice! Then still only ended up with one working. There was construction going on next door during the day that was so loud. The last night we were there the air stopped working. I thought it was ridiculous we only had one garbage bag and one roll of toilet paper. No salt or pepper. NO essentials! A bit stupid. We had to make sure every plate and piece of silverware was clean and put away or we would be charged. Which we already were charged $135 cleaning fee, $80 non refundable fee.Fees out the butt and we practically ended up cleaning the condo ourselves because we didn't want to be changed extra charges. All the charges were ridiculous. Probably won't stay there again. The bathrooms need lots of help and they're was a hole in shower.

The view was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The condo needs quit a bit of work. The sofa looks dirty and very uncomfortable. The upholstery on the recliner is awful. It’s peeling off and every time you get up pieces are in the floor. There is a hole in the wall around the shower head. Some of the air vents were rusty. The carpets were dirty and we never could get the tv working in the bedroom. The other condos may be ok but this particular one needs work. Would not stay in this particular condo again.

The condo has a beautiful view, but It needs to be updated. I also didn’t feel like the condo was very clean, there was dried stuff on the inside of the shower curtain and the trim around the master bathroom sink was coming off. The carpet in the living room just felt dirty as well, this in my opinion should be ripped up. Overall the condo served it’s purpose for what we needed, but could definitely use some updating.

We arrived late Tuesday night and found the packet in the lock box as instructed. We found a couple of minor things that needed attention. I mentioned them to the staff when I brought my papers back the next morning. They had someone there within 30 minutes of me getting back to the room. The Nation was under a Covid-19 epidemic vat the time of arrival. The staff was extremely help as to where and what time to go to be able to pick up some essential things we needed. We were only there 2 days when the Governor ordered all beaches to be closed. The staff assured me that the 2 days we had left would be refunded. We will be looking to rent here again hopefully in the near future. We wish the staff safe and well wishes !!

We had the best time. Everything was so nice and clean. The beach, restaurants, and other amenities were very convenient. Overall 5 stars

Our rental was nice, comfortable and clean. We thought being right opposite the elevator we would hear noises, especially at night. Wrong! The unit was very quiet. Best sleep we have had in a rental. Convenient location. We had family next door at another facility so we were all together on the beach since we weren’t together in units. Facility may be dated but still comfortable and clean.

The furniture was very uncomfortable the sink leaked there was mold on all vents! The bed was awful! I would never stay in that unit again! We spent $1,105.00 to be uncomfortable for a week! Half of the plug ins didn’t work. The condo needs lots of updates! The furnace was so noisy and was in a closet in the bedroom! I would not recommend that condo!

Bed was super comfy. The pull out couch is NOT. Do not plan on sleeping on the pull out sofa bed. We love the location and the view. We were able to check in early and that was fantastic. $20 for an extra parking pass in a half full lot is ridiculous. Overall a great place for a great price.

Our family has stayed at Sunswept, in various incarnations, for 23 years except the year Katrina damaged it. We stayed elsewhere that year & was surprised at the difference. Vowed never to stay anywhere else. Have been unable to come for a couple of years & when we checked in it just felt like home.

My vacation stay was enjoyable outside of the condo we stayed in. The most outdated, not exceptionally clean condo I have ever stayed in in my many years coming to the Gulf Coast. We spent most of our time at the condo complex next door where my daughter was staying that was very nice.

Overall our vacation experience was very nice. I think however some improvements are needed in this unit. Their was a hole in the master bedroom bathroom next to the shower sprayer. Also two of the chairs on the deck were broken. When management was alerted, they did replace these. Also one of the lamps by the bed in the master bedroom had a broken leg support and the lamp shades had been taped together at the tops. The unit simply needs some repairs and updates to furniture. We have stayed here many times before and always enjoy the service and location of the property.

We had a great time. The condo was reasonably clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. There was an issue with the faucet in the master bath, but was fixed within 30 minutes of being reported. Property was well maintained and the pool was very clean. Wonderful access to the beach. Door falling off frame at washing machine, bathroom door in bedroom needs adjusting or replaced, shower head coming through wall loose, no anti slip strips in tub shower (slick floor), carpet needs cleaning or replaced, there was not an operational vacuum nor broom.

I was satisfied with my Unit after the maintenance man took care of the mold problem in the closet. Had problem with banging door to the roof deck. Would suggest lock be changed.
