As always we Love the Condo and the location. Our family enjoys every vacation when we come down. Have never had an issue with our unit. We Love the up Grades that are being done to it. Just like being a home. See you Next Year.

The condo itself was clean. Had some check-in issues. The check-in lady was not very friendly to my sister in-law who was checking in before we had made it to the condo. Also alot of the outlets throughout the condo did not work, mainly in the upstairs bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms had trouble getting the TV's to work also. And the most aggravating issue was this condo slept 10, so we had 4 parties that travelled by car but they would only issue us 2 parking passes and the others had to find off site parking. This will keep us from coming back in the future.

With the exception of the pool being closed for several days due to a situation out of the control of management, our vacation was amazing

This condo is in a great location. Overall clean and well stocked. There was some clothing left in one of the bathrooms from previous renters. When we notified the office they immediately wanted to send someone from the cleaning company to care of this.

Coordinating 15 people for a family vacation can be difficult and expensive. Sunswept was affordable but as other reviewers have said, the property is aged and needs some work. All of the exterior doors are in terrible shape, peeling paint, dents, etc. Balcony railings needs repainting. Pool area was nice as was the beach. I was not aware that 2 of the bedrooms were on a second floor (NOT in the description) and the spiral stairs are not good for children and older adults. While the dining table looked like a great piece of art, you CANNOT get your legs under the table without hitting them.

We have rented this unit for 12 years. We did not come last year because of Covid. This year we found a new refrigerator and dishwasher. We did not find a vacuum cleaner which would have been helpful. We had a different winter due to Covid and health issues with the office staff.

We really enjoy the Location, beach and the property.
We will continue to came back.

Overall, we were happy with the property. It was clean. Everything we used worked as expected. The beach views from the 8th floor are breathtaking. The spiral staircase is unique, but adds a challenge to getting suitcases upstairs. The overall location is very convenient. you can walk across the street to the grocery store. The only drawback is you can’t turn left out of the property or in.
We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

This was a great unit with plenty of space for 5 adults and 3 kids. Clean and wonderful views. Very comfortable! If you have younger ones, just watch them around the stairs! :)

We have stayed in this unit for ten winters so it seems like our winter home. We found the unit clean. It could use new appliances in the kitchen but the current ones worked alright. Once again, we enjoyed our seven week winter stay.

We were there right after Christmas and really enjoyed it . Plenty of room for all 6 adults , 2 teens and 2 youngsters . Seemed to have pretty much all we needed to cook and eat in . Will probably stay there again .

Condo was clean, perfect location!

Loved the condo but when we got there we were informed that the washer wasn't working. Waited on a washing machine until Wednesday and left on Saturday morning. We only had 2 TVs work. We called and hopefully got that fixed. I think we should have been given something for our troubles but you live and learn..

Came to Orange Beach for my niece’s destination wedding. We stayed at Sunswept with two other couples. The condo was just as expected, very clean, and updated. We stayed in the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. Not only was the place great, but all the guests staying at Sunswept were great as well!! Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the condo for the most part, we had a few issues that were not with the condo itself but the building in which the condo was located, the elevators were both out of date on inspection according to the signs on the elevators and it was obvious that they hadn’t been repaired or maintenances in quite a while. We had some issues with late night maintenance work going on and when we contacted the front desk we were rudely not taken care of. But other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Good experience but problems with road construction making entrance and exit problematic. Condo was very satisfactory. Staff were great.

This is the most comfortable condo we have stay in at Orange Beach. Being an older couple, we did have a little difficulty navigating the stairs. Be sure the cable TV box is not blocking the lower left corner of the TV. Even in June, Bill's At The Beach was a dining pleasure. They took a reservation for 25! Cobalt's restaurant was also very good. Try the Firecracker Shrimp.

The condo was amazing. The staff was very sweet. Easy user friendly access to our keys for a late pickup. Pool area was so clean. Our condo was a house. Full washer and dryer. Latest updated furniture!!!!! Loved the fan in our master bedroom. Our kids loved the "game loft". All in all I would give this place a 10 out of 10. Our first time here in Orange Beach. We will definitely be returning here for vacations!!!!

6 old friends met up here. We stay at this property every few years but this was our first time in a 3 bedroom. Beautiful condo,nice furniture,clean and well equipped,spiral staircase to upstairs bedrooms was a little tricky for us. We had a little bit of a struggle getting our luggage up there but we managed. All in all, we loved staying here.

I understand the reasoning behind the "Only Footprints" policy, the only issue I have is when you have a large family and/or small kids caring beach stuff back to your condo or car everyday is really a problem. I think it would help if Sunswept had a assigned place to leave things at night on the beach. Both condo's on either side of Sunswept has these places available for their attendants. This could become a deciding factor in the future. Thanks

The space was exactly what we needed for our family. The location could not have been more perfect. A great pool downstairs and just steps away from a gorgeous beach.

Condo was extremely updated and very comfortable and spacious . Air conditioning was awesome and views incredible very clean and kept up

Like always we always have a blast. From checking in with Sherry and sorry I spelled that wrong to the condo to the beach to eating at our local favorites. Again this year was fabulous weather great customer service at all the restaurants and the condo was clean as usual! We only had 1 fall back this year. The room we had did. Ot have a shower in the main bedroom but we didn't let that bother us. It had a tub but no shower but we still managed. If you have never stayed at sunswept we will tell you after 7 years with sometimes twice a year they have never disappointed us!!!! Thank you Sherry and staff

Sunswept is a central location to restaurants. Nice pool and great beach and balcony. Golf-average 20 min drive to many different courses. Unit itself was very dated and grungy. Simply replace/clean the moldy shower curtains, old rusty rods/door handles, worn throw pillows and chair cushions. Bathroom fans didnt work. Kitchen poorly supplied with proper utensils. Inexpensive, easy fixes to give unit a fresh feel. Would try a different unit.

Very comfortable. Kitchen could use several more items for those long term vacationers who cook. Tub very slow draining and washer/dryer could be updated. For an older complex, was very well maintained and clean. Convinent location.

Most of the outlets were loose and would not hold a plug in. Honestly, this is a huge fire concern.

Paint is literally peeling off the walls.

The jacuzzi in the master bed did not work.

Pots and pans extremely cheap or falling apart.

Our vacation rental experience was top notch. The view and the beach access made everything so convenient. Also, having 3 bathrooms made mornings run smoothly.

Great place to stay with excellent views of the beach, pool and morning dolphins. Only negative is the master bath does not have a shower. It's a jetted tub which is nice.... just really needs the shower head.

We arrived Saturday late afternoon at check in time. One stafff member was very friendly, one was not! Room was clean. The master bath has no shower. Wish I would have known that before I booked it. One room did not have a
TV. Wished I would have known that too. Had trouble with our AC all week! It would not go below 74-75. When they finally came and worked on it it went up to 77. We were leaving the next day so I didn’t bother saying anything. I reported it several times and staff member was very rude about it! We stay here every time we come to Orange Beach. I will probably be looking somewhere else next time. I like the location and it is very affordable I just think the condos are getting older and they aren’t maintaining them as well as they should. We had great weather so didn’t have to spend a lot of time in our condo which was good!

Overall the stay was good. The condo was centrally located to grocery and restaurants. Needs serious updating. the doors in the unit are paper thin and had to be held open with door stops. there was no shower in the master just a tub. We had to take showers in the kids bathroom. The toilet in the master was built up on a step up..weird. Good view, but the windows were very dirty. A lot of the outlets we found worked off of switches and the wall plates were loose. The washcloths they provide are almost see through.

For the most part it was good. Frustrated with having to deal with the place not being clean enough that my one year old granddaughter could not be on the floor without her knees and feet being black. It was corrected after having the cleaning people come back twice but something we should not have had to deal with.

The property manager was extremely polite. The condo was very clean and the property was clean. The only complaint was the cigarette and marijuana was obnoxious from the other condos. The smoking at the pool was nasty

Weather was horrible but that was no one's fault. If I had know about the work on the roads, I would have rethought about coming. It was awful. You should tell people about this when they are only coming for a month. Even if making reservation ahead of time. I wish I had know the master bath didn't have a shower and you had to step up to get in the tub!! At the age of 72 at is not a good idea when you are there alone. Maybe that's my fault for not asking or asking to let me see the unit when I was there and booked the unit. That want happen again.I don't understand a deck that doesn't have lounge chairs, but I had brought one. But when my children came they only had chairs around the table to sit in on the deck. The beach was our happy place and we were suppose to be there this time last year but my husband died JANUARY 4, 2017 so I came to our happy place to be with him.

We had a good time. The bathroom in the master bedroom had a long term leak under the sink so we were not able to use it. The patio door was very difficult to open and close also. Otherwise, we were satisfied with our stay.
