The condo was clean and nice but I didn't pay attention to the floor plan whan I rented it. The stairway was right when u opened the door. It was very difficult getting the ice chest and groceries to the kitchen. It was also very steep. I will not be renting this condo again.

This condo is in the Sea Swept building and was breathtaking upon entry. My 3 teenage sons and I stayed for several days and the condo alone was a highlight f the trip. The view over looking the beach is incredible and you can see for miles. Everyone had plenty of room for space and sleeping. There are 4 bathrooms and the living room and kitchen were a huge space for hanging out and having dinners. This is a 2 story condo, with the kitchen, dining & living room all upstairs. The balcony over looking the beach is also upper level. Even though it rained every day we were in Orange Beach, the condo made every minute of our vacation wonderful.

It was a great location and lots of space for our family. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Best features of the unit are the large patio overlooking the beach, close distance to shopping and restaurants, and the friendly staff.

The primary area needing improvement for the building as a whole is the pervasive smell of burning marijuana coming from at least 2 floors multiple times during my seven day stay.

On balance, Sunswept is a good value if you are not bothered by the intermittent, strong smell of burning marijuana on various floors.

Sister and myself have been staying a the Sun Swept for approximately 15+ years and have ALWAYS enjoyed the experience. The Condos are located so close to the beach and with grocery shopping right across the street. Convenience one side with the Beach on the other. The staff at Sun Swept are helpful and engaging. The condominiums are well kept. Family friendly too. Pool large and always clean.

We had a lovely time. 1 week was with my son and 2 G-Kids, the weather was perfect. The Grands loved having their room upstairs and views of the Gulf. My son had the Master Bedroom upstairs and was very pleased with the accomodations. I had the downstairs bedroom which was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice but a tad bit small.

We love our time at Sunswept 807. We will definitely be back!

As always we had a Great time and we just Love visiting Orange Beach each year.. The Penthouse is PERFECT for our family with the room to enjoy the time together.
The location is JUST PERFECT with everything you need within walking distance or a short drive.
We will once again return next year with Reservation already made..

We enjoyed the facilities. There are a few issues: 1) the safety lock on the door was broken; 2) lamps lights did not work in most rooms; 3) the sliding door from the living room was very hard to open; 4) the unit could use some upgrading.

We have stayed in this complex before and it is our favorite. We love having 2 levels, this allows our littles to nap and the big kids don't have to worry about being quiet. Having Walmart right across the street is so convenient and the beach is never packed.

Everything about the home was great. Close to the beach, nearby shopping and easy access to highway. The staff was very attentive and was quick to resolve a few small issues. Will definitely stay there again.

Orange beach and the Sunswept Condominium Rental did not disappoint. We enjoyed our stay. The maintenance staff and front office are very friendly. Accommodations are great and that is what keeps us coming back year after year.

We could not have asked for a better condo for our Orange Beach Vacation. The beach was beautiful, and the view from the condo was outstanding. The kitchen be perfect to make meals and maximize our time in the beach! There were beautiful running/biking trails away from traffic just 3/4 of a mike away. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!

Highly recommend. We will be back!

The property itself is in a very good location, close to all the amenities that you could ask for or need during a short week. We stayed for a week and although the weather was not great the unit we were in was very nice. The kitchen had everything you would need for a family of five the beds were all very comfortable, the decks all had great views. The inside was as clean as a beach place can be the Internet was sufficient for three kids and me to also conduct a little business. The TVs are not smart TVs but they did have standard dish TV overall we had a very good experience there , and we would return and stay in the same unit. If you come, make sure to bring enough toiletries, garbage bags, and if you plan on cooking any kind of seasonings that you may want because beach prices are expensive to pick up these things.

Have been coming down to Sunswept for many years and have an awesome time each year. We will continue coming back.
Location is idea for us and one of our top reasons we picked Sunswept.

It was ok! Definitely need to get more utensils like skillets (old and food stuck to it bad). Hardly any toilet paper and no garbage bags..paying that much money these things should have been included!!!

Traveling with cancer guest who needed wheel chair for beach. Electric wheelchairs were not an option as the property had no plugs to charge chairs and doors in the condo and passageways were too narrow. Rented a manual beach wheelchair which had to be chained up outside condo. It was a "struggle" to push on sand, electric would have been much better. Good floor plan if you don't have guests who are not able to constantly go up and down stairs to second floor bedrooms. Bathroom with twin beds had no door. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, ice and water dispenser in refrigerator did not work. Great views from decks.

Absolutely loved the location and the size of the complex. The unit needed a little TLS but overall will rent again.

With the exception of the pool being closed due to the situation out of the control of management, our vacation was a wonderful stay.

Facility in a great location surrounded by grocery stores and restaurants. Staff is extremely nice. Furnishings fine, nothing fancy. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated having a TV in every room because when traveling with a group of 6 adults it’s nice to have your own space. Upstairs bathroom needs to have a door installed...who builds a bathroom with no door?! Overall, good experience and would return if in the area.

It was absolutely the perfect area if you just want to go to the beach. Not really much else to do within walking distance. The condo was very nice. I wouldn’t say it was spotless, there was still sand on the floors when we got there after the cleaners, but I guess that’s expected at the beach. One cabinet door was broken which we let the office know and the sliding doors to the balconies were kinda hard to open and close. Other than that it was great. Would stay there again if we ever came back to orange beach

A much needed get away. As usual we love Sunswept. We have been going for 30 years. Staff is wonderful. The condos are clean. A few repairs on cabinets is needed. Balcony holds water after rains. Just a little attention to make it perfect.

Our condo was very dirty. Had to clean it up on arrival. Any problem in the kitchen.

My son left and I forgot to get his PAPER parking pass and They CHARGE ME $20.00 FOR ANOTHER ONE..(my daughter came after my son left) .
This is a flimsy piece of paper with hand written date on them.
Everything else was ok.

The pictures are outdated, when we got there it was much nicer than we expected.

Overall clean, great views of ocean. The couch was a pull out but when I did that the left side was broke. Very hard to get back in. The upstairs main room the bed was not comfortable. Not enough towels for all 3 bathrooms compared to what we have been used to. In the other upstairs bedroom was another bathroom there was no door for privacy. Appeared condo just got painted as hand rail felt sticky still. Wont stay here again.

All in all this unit had a great location. It was clean, you can tell they are doing updates to it. The rooms are very nicely put together and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, etc. What we were missing were things like extra towels for the kitchen, extra toilet paper, and paper towels. The other issue we had was wanted to watch a movie one night and none of the DVD players had the cable needed to connect to the tv.

Love layout of unit and location. Unit was Dirty. Spider webs hanging over our bed. Dryer would not work said vent was stopped up. Only one dish towel and no pot holders to get anything out of oven. Bathroom lick in master. The floor has not been swept or moped in a long time. The mop was so dirty it didn’t do any good to use it. Our feet were black just walking on the floors. We loved local.

We had originally reserved a different unit, but due to a scheduling error, we were changed to this unit. It was a bit disappointing. The unit was in a bit of disrepair and not very was ok after some additional cleaning, but not the experience that we hoped for.One of the showers was moldy and dirty and a very moldy dirty towel was left in the washer. The washer smelled moldy even after three empty cycles with bleach. Areas in the bathrooms were in disrepair. The handles on the glass doors had to be screwed back on daily. We cleaned the bathrooms ourselves, and ran the vacuum. But we had plenty of room, good location, nice pool, and nice staff.

Several electricial outlets were not working. Water pressure in the showers was very low. We had to spend 4 hours while the storm doors were being repaired. However the layout of the condo was very pleasant.

When we arrived Saturday after hours, we found that our main TV was not working. As the office is closed Sunday, I left three message with their after hours number and heard nothing back. Went down to the office first thing Mon. morning and was told I needed to call the cable company and figure it out with them.... not happy with this response. I called and could not get through. I was told by the office to use the room phone, that my cell may not work. ??? Our unit had no room phone. The maintenance man arrived around noon and replace the living room box with a bedroom box, as the living room box was not working. Then the next day the cable guy came and fix the issue. I understand thing will break in the condos, but I was not happy that I had no way of getting it fixed promptly. This put a damper on my vacation having to deal with this issue. The elevator are quick, but very hot. The pool is very nice and the maintenance guy, Lewis, was helpful! Not sure if I would recommend.

The beach is close, the pool is big, but the 8th floor 3 bedroom condos that we stayed in (806 and 807) are beginning to need some renovations. 806 had 3 ceiling leaks while we were there, one right over the island on our food. The dishwasher didnt work for several days and one of the elevators was out. 807 had been left open to the balcony and had been rained in so it smelled like musty carpet for several days. We are pretty laid back people so we had fun anyway, but after 8 years of coming to this condo we will probably be going elsewhere next year.
